TARGET OPTIMAL SOLUSI SISTEM (TOSS) is a Consultant Company in Indonesia offering a construction services of Project Management and Construction Management who has a philosophy to find a solution of problems being standarized into one system and target. The scope of work is project management from planning stage of development and implementation of a tender package of jobs and construction execution in the field. Project management services objectives are offered to ensure that the targets can be achieved according to time, cost, quality and scope expectation, to ensure coordination from the planning stage until the completion of the construction which can produce good project result and good management to all stakeholders. • PROJECT MANAGEMENT Providing professionals as owner representatives, monitoring and overseeing and maintaining project schedule, maintaining efficiency to design from planning, auction and construction until BAST 1, making guidline for the owner. Everything is monitored and managed by the system, not only physical and ME.
• CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT (CM) Providing professionals with various skill & knowledges, monitoring the planning stage and auction to gain efficiency and in time completion by applying the closing system, a reliable system from PT. TOSS. Compositing and supervising the contractors to obtain quality and performance, schedule and budget. The realization of on going process, certification of payment, verification of proposals, commisiony, operator tranning with build drawing as build document, until BAST 1
• BUILDING MANAGEMENT
Building management is a continuation of the settlement process of development work of the building, which directly involved the handover of development, so that more understand and grasp in the operation, management and maintenance of further buildings.
Building is an asset that has a high investment value with systemic and integrated management that focus and proportional implementation.
