PT MITRA INFOSARANA was founded in 1992; initially it was a joint venture company between PT. USI Jaya/IBM (local representation of IBM Corporation in Indonesia) and its business partners. It was established as a competency center to support PT. USI Jaya/IBM and its business partners to source solution in business intelligence, office automation, and to provide IBM hardware and software together with the corresponding business application. MIS became an independent IT company in 1999 and operated as an IBM business partner. This strategy is to emphasize its commitment to provide the best fit of IT solution to its customers.

Since the separation from PT USI Jaya, we have been recognized as one of the leading IBM business partners. We provide IBM servers, IBM software, non-IBM solution, and IT services, including: professional services, system integration, network integration, outsourcing, and maintenance services.

We have been building relationship/partnership with the leading solution providers in the IT industry to continue providing comprehensive solution portfolio to our customers, including: security, system mirroring, capacity planning and system management solution. We keep searching for the best of breed solution in the market to continue to fulfill customers' needs to grow.
