" Civitavecchia Ship Chandler has good products but I found the service lacking. I went in looking for mechanical parts and while they had a decent selection I struggled to get assistance. The staff seemed overwhelmed and it took a while to get someone to help me find what I needed. Once I did get assistance the staff was knowledgeable. The prices are fair which is a plus. I think they could benefit from a bit more staff during peak hours. I may return but I hope the service improves next time. "

" I had a fantastic experience at Civitavecchia Ship Chandler in Jakarta. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all things related to ship supplies.
