" Absolutely shocking service. After my husband had a small surgery and being sent home we were forced to wait the better part of 3 hours for administrative staff to finish the payments. Then we had an additional wait to collect medicine. Do not use this hospital , there are better more modern hospitals in the area that provide better care and service.

" Took my sister to the emergency unit and there was no sense of urgency or care from the male nurses. They were talking loudly on their desk while patients are trying to rest & sleep. I could hear someone playing music from the other room while the nurse was drawing blood from my sister. I just feel like it's unprofessional, please do better. Other than that there was so many mosquitoes in the emergency unit. "

" Got unpleasant experience with the Emergency Unit this night (15 Jun 2019). Understand that there are so many patients but seems less front line officer to take care. From registration until the payment need to wait so long. Supposed to be if the hospital add some more officers this can be speed up so the queueing will not be so long. Emergency is the keyword to get fast respond and treatment. Time is very very important. "

Nomor pendaftaran bisa diambil sejak pagi buta. Akan tetapi baru dipanggil jam 7 pagi.
Ada juga fasilitas pendaftaran telpon, hanya saja dibatasi jumlah.

" This hospital changes name a few times. But the last one managed by Sime Darby is excellent. If u came here u feel like u're in a big mall tee hee :) The service and the staff e.g. doctors, nurses and health practioners are professional and they're bery helpful. Though sometimes it's a bit hard to call'em to book an appointment. My fave pediatrics are dr.Widodo Tirto, dr. Amar and dr. Badriul Hegar. They're very friendly and easily mingle with the children who came by. And i love their explanation on the disease or symptoms my kids were havin' at that time. My dad always came here for eye treatment, my mom for heart treatment plus the doctors are friendly too. So i accompanied them often while havin' a glass of starbux in front of the hospital lobby. "

I have experienced in and out patient on this hospital. The management really should consider their registration and payment process. You guys are out of number of staff. Even on non peak hour, it takes more than one hour to complete registration and payments. "

" I took 1 hour just to queue in the payment counter even though it was not crowded. There were only 2 staff members serving people in the registration and payment counter. It took almost 3 hours for general check up for Australia visa, which i merely spent 30 minutes to register and got checked up inside the medical checkup clinic and the rest 2,5 hours was just to wait..terrible! "

" My father-in-law was an inpatient and was treated very well by a team of doctors. He was in class 3 (5 patients in room) but service was still excellent.
08 March 2018Their standard for record keeping and digitizing all records is high. They will give you your medical records on a CD which is useless to other hospitals since they (Siloam MRCCC for example) will say they have no means for opening the CD. You'll need to ask for printed records or do it on your own.
The location is good too for visitors too as there are many places to get food from nearby as well as entertainment for passing time.
I hope I never have to go to a hospital again, but if I do I'd like it to be Premier Bintaro. "

" This is me and my family go-to hospital. Been come and go for +10 years but never really disappointed with the services. Operations, hospitalized, emergency -- you name it. Although when I was hospitalized one time I got bad nurses who didnt exactly know what they were doing with my hand and infusion needle so they stab all the way until 7 failed attempts; they had to be replaced by a senior nurse. That was one of the worst but hey, place is good, food is absolutely delicious, nice staffs overall, nice and professional doctors too, and sophisticated (a Starbucks is around the corner!). "

" This was the only "real" hospital in the Bintaro Area before RSPI Bintaro Jaya opened up further up the CBD. Fairly I have been here multiple times each on for different reasons, however never hospitalized in person in this hospital. What I do know is that this hospital has an International facility catering to foreigner patients. The hospital has undergone several facelifts and extensions so thus now its much bigger (more buildings at the back of the front building). Parking is much easier now with available parking space on the rear area of the hospital. The waiting time here is a little bit off sometimes and the price is also accordingly with its private status. I believe the selection of doctors is satisfactory however for hospitalization I still personally prefer RSPI in Pondok Indah. The rooms are quite fair and clean as well. There's also a Starbucks down in the lobby right in front of the main entrance. "

" I've been hospitalized for 3 days in first class room (2 patients) because DBD. I feel the doctor was good enough and informative, the nurses was quite polite, cheerful, and quick response. The room was clean, its facilities were fair enough. But, I also feel dissapointed because there were mosquitos (1 - 2/days) entered the room. I don't know where it came from, but the nurses/office boy never closed the door if they entered the room. They just closed the door when they came out, but not when they came in. Poor attitude. I must called the pest control man, people with mosquito's racket to catch it everyday when I saw it. "

" I have been vaccined on the MCU Dept for Grad School requirement Immunization. Overall the people was nice and friendly. But they still need to improve their service. So..I have been told that there is a "copied result for mantoux TB test", after the doctor has finished look at my mantoux TB test. After almost one hour, I ask the staffs whom sit in the MCU front desk and one of them told me to wait. But after approximately total 2 HOURS wait, I have been ask again to attend to the front desk and they say that there are no "a piece of paper" for my mantoux TB test, because the doctor has already written in my Immunization form from my University. So why in the first place the doctor said about the existence of the paper and the staffs confirming when I ask them again. I do not know how procedure and no one told me with a CLEAR and CLEAN language about what I have to do next. The improvement that should be made is that the one who serve the patient/ customer MUST tell exactly the steps to take or what to do next so the patient won't be confused about the process. I actually disappointed, because no one said sorry or something, just force themselves to smile at me and maybe hope for me to get lost. Simple human relation but mostly forgotten "
