Fortunately, Giant offer several promos for some daily needs that make this place offer the lowest price for some specific items. This place also have local market shop, and restaurants that offer a good option of meal for either lunch and dinner. Besides that, the parking fee at this place is free and the security at the parking lot is guaranteed due to several security officers patrolling in the parking lot. This place also near resident area that make it suitable for quick shopping. "

" This place is perfect, well at least for me. Been shopping there ever since forever and it never fails to give a good service. You can find products with reasonable prices there. Only, I'm a bit pissed with the cashier shift system. They only open about 3 counters every time, so it gets a bit annoying when you have to wait so long only buying a snack or two when the people in front of you have the whole trolley full. But yeah, still my favorite place to do grocery shopping. "

" The price is quite competitive. However, if you want to buy something in bulk quantity (e.g. several cartons of noodles or several cartons of soft drink), most of the times they do not have the goods in cartons as they have already open up the cartons and display the goods for retail purchase.

" Generally a reasonable shopping experience, the queues move faster than at, for example, Hypermart. Variety of brands on offer is reasonable, although the number of brands seems to be decreasing. Prices are, in my opinion, high compared with the local Indomaret or Alfamart.
08 August 2016Fresh fruit and vegetables at this Giant is consistently of poor quality. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Drawbacks: Suffers from really old technology. Point of sales machines that are not linked' to the cash registers, no conveyor belts to move items along at the check outs, No plastic bag holders for the cashier, meaning that goods cannot be placed in bag immediately after scanning. This all means that the customers are forced to wait longer than necessary. "
