" We were recommended by other local bengkel’s in the area to this establishment to repair our flat tire. The bike was a few kilometers away and we hired one of their staff who agreed to come with us to repair it. On the way there, however, he split off from us and completely ditched us. This was brutal considering we were almost at the bike at this point, and the staff member was well aware that we were in a bind and yet chose to abandon us. Highly recommend avoiding this shop. "
