" Trash everywhere. Wasn't sure if that's the way it's meant to be but seemed rather disrespectful.. "

" A weird experience. A weird feeling. But your Bali trip will not complete without visiting this place. Unfortunately I myself paid so expensive ( IDR 200,000 😁 😢) for a boat with many people. And it was in 2014. "

" If you have extra money, go visit this place, not much to see or enjoy, but I think it is much better than watching horror movie. "

" This is a hidden gem in the northen side of Bali. Located in the lake bank and the only access is via a boat ride. The view is amazing. The cemetery is unique. The only downside is, what you get is not worth the money you spend for it. The villages try to scam you. "

" I was here 6 years ago and the situation much better than now. Now it's literary a piece of land full of trash. Too bad, local people need to do something with it. Honestly, unless the local keep it clean, it's not worthy to go. "

" Horrible!!! DO NOT GO!!
Not worth the time, money or the risk!
It's trash... Its literally full of junk on the floor everywhere you walk... The route there is horrible and EXTREMELY STEEP... my wife fell off the scooter and hurt her back and elbows simply because the road was too steep and the scooter's brakes didn't hold!
And all you see over there is a bunch of skulls on some stones... THAT'S IT! "

" Not much to see and the so-called guides charge way too much for such a small sight. Go somewhere else. "

" First, there's nothing special. I tought it has huge area. Maybe i had too high expectation about this place. When i arrived at there, area was so tiny. And stink cause of the dead. It ruined the story that this place has no stink because there were trees with fragrance covered the bad smell of dead body.
Second, not price-to-performance. The cost to be there was very expensive. There was no official price. It all from the guide there. They would try to stop you and offer theirselves to guide you. Off course, with extra-blowing-mind price. And sometimes they collected another 'donation fees'. A too damn high price, sometimes sudden collect money, far boat trip and destination with far below expectation, No! 😔😔

Toraja maybe more worth-it "

" Wow, I'm still horrified and yet the cemetery is calm and peaceful. I expected a strong smell of decomposition and interestingly there is none. There's a theory to it but seems I've forgotten it. "

Daniel Racca

" Really small and not so scary. "
