" Cheap and nice studio hotel "

" all facilities are never maintained, the air conditioning is broken, the balcony doors cannot be locked, the toilet keeps flooding, cannot flush properly.
01 January 2018first impression, the place looks alright for the cheap price we paid.
first night, smelly duvet and pillow.
second day, toilet cannot flush and bathroom flooded.
second night, huge rain and the roof of the whole room was leaking, there is no initiative from the staffs to change our room.
third day, in the morning it was a big flood on the street that the car cannot even pass nor we can walk out of our room. by the end of the day, when we returned to the hotel, we found that our room was not cleaned at all, so we asked for a new room and they gave us one (a dirty one)
they said the new room was already cleaned, however we found the floor and the bed is so dirty, and there was a cigarette bud on the sink, so we asked them to clean everything very late in the evening with our supervision.
conclusion, never stay in this place again. "

" I stayed in Budget Villa room type. Beautiful place, clean room, price is reasonable and I got more than I expected. I got good quality sleep, there is mini living room, AC, TV, audio system, mini dining room, kitchen, big bathroom, safety deposit box, complete amenities, balcony and porch. Laundry service also have reasonable price. Great view, strategic location but serene. Highly recommended and definitely will come again. "

27 May 2017Firstly, on our arrival we got informed (after we had paid the amount already), that our requested room had problems (whatever that meant). We didn't make a deal out of it as things happen, but it should have been commincated to us before taking the payment. So they took us to our room. Don't gwt me wrong, the studio look tolerable from first sight.
Then the s**t started to go left. The tv wasnt working. We were like okay, well lets just watch movies from laptop then. But then the wifi didnt stretch to our room. We politely asked if it is possible to change rooms, as we really need to use wifi to work whilst here. The response was something like how did we even think that the wifi would be in our room. Well okay, some places truly say it already on their website that unfortunately the wifi is only in the reception area, they had said that the rooms and all the all area is covered by wifi, which is not true. There was not a possibility to change for another room, so we decided to go and buy simcards in the morning and use it for the necessary internet related things (after all it is not the end of the world not having wifi).
Then next day we discovered the place attracts all kinds of animals and bugs 😄 Each day you found something new. I can really handle all the spiders ( I am talking about big ones) and geckos (which are kind of cute after seeing all the rest of the nasty ones), but what I cannot toleratw are crockroaches. And there were 4 of them which we discovered. When informing the front desk about the little pets, they did come to kill it but took it with some kind of a joke.
The cleanliness is below every standard- there were things from previous customers laying on the floor, dark hair everywhere, dust on the bed, under the bed- literally everywhere. The bedsheets were stained and the duvet (which had no cover) had lot of stains on it.
The purpose of this review is not to be rude, but to lower expectations and do a little reality check. I am pretty sure there are loads of worse options but at least you should be aware what is exactly happening. "

" Nice Hotel, a little bit far away from the city center but they have a shuttle service. The way back have to catch a taxi. Take the ones with bluebridgroup on the screen.

" We stayed three nights at the budget Villa. Everything was perfect from the room facilities to the bathroom. However, there are alot of mosquitoes that came to attack us in the middle of the night for three nights. It was the only issue that made us slept lesser. Other than that, breakfast was good with some choices, they provide shuttle bus service only one way towards Seminyak area but not back to the hotel. Finding the hotel wasn't hard. You could just tell any driver The Studio at Jalan Kunti 2. Highly suggest grab car or uber to use around Bali as it has alot cheaper and accurate rates according to miles travelled. "
