" As stated below, unless you booked via their own platform/ We genuinely felt discriminated based on our bookings via third party, in this instance Google travel. We were told the package we purchase did not include anything except the room despite specifically purchasing their "Romantic Escape package", we were told by Ms.Dewi unless we had paid the 7700000+rp we did not qualify for what entails and we should sort it out with Google instead. Upon emailing back/forth they told google they did give us the package and room, however in reality only they simply tried to pass the basic room off as a "Honeymoon" room for us with none of the specification of the package honored. They offered discounts 25% on their spa, to which they did not honor. They overcharged us for a restaurant bill and upon amending they did not deduct the tax/service charge for the specific item. We watched Ms. Dewi try to calculate the tax/service charge cost of the item and was unable to use basic maths, instead she billed us for such under the impression we did not know. We were absolutely fed up by the heavily feigned customer service and lack of integrity the administration has shown to honoring their bookings, we simply paid and left quietly. "

And plus we got free entrance to Bali Zoo.
Definitely will come back here. "

Free entrance to the zoo because i make the reservation direct from the hotel
Our breakfast was with birds ، Elephant and monkey the kids enjoy their moments but you have pay for this breakfast.. But the one at hotel is free but we didn't get it..
Nothing much more close to to the hotel but even of that its recommended to stay lovely hotel especially if you have kids.
Monkey forest and Ubud downtown around 25 minutes by car
SPA not tried but looks good
Restaurants is nice but most of the time eat out side or at the Villa.

" The villas are great with all the luxury details you can find in the pictures. However, there are some major flaws that turned our stay into a quite negative experience. 1) if you don't use their website for booking, you don't get access to basically all the amenities. This means that all guests that use better known booking platforms will always have a disadvantage. 2) they completely ignored our requests despite exchanging written e-mails confirming that they would proceed with the changes. 3) they don't have scooters to rent - one of the staff members was kind enough to give us her scooter as a quick fix. 4) their room service finishes at 22h, which means you can't eat anything until 7 am.

" It is located at south Ubud,next to Bali Zoo. I have visited this place for a business purpose.In brief, They provided an elephant ride for the checking process to the lobby. The lobby is facilitated with a cozy reading room which is kind a good idea. Each unit villa is designated with its private pool, spacious interior especially its bathroom. There is a rocky river between the villa building and its restaurant and spa building where a beautiful wooden bridge is placed in the middle, Chirp of bird and breezy fresh air made this place really represents its name, it is more than a villa , it is more than sanctuary, it is The Sanctoo. At last, it is Perfect for those honey mooners as their staff is very friendly too, highly recommended. "

" We were here for sweet escape and we found everything was perfect. Beautiful garden rooms are brand new, so traquil, so relaxing. Staffs are very humble. Food price is a bit high, but its okay. More breakfast option would be perfect. Definitely will go back. "
