" The bulbs they sell are beautiful. The people working in the store are so nice and helpful. Only the head office is a real pain if you have a problem. Customer relation is a term they dont know yet. Head office ripped us off in the end for mistakes they made, but blaming the shop personel. I never buy one more lamp in this shop, they treat their people really bad!! My advice, look further.. Money is their only concern instead of keeping customers happy.. The'll loose with that attitude in the end.. "
