" This was a close walk from our hotel and so we opted to do our laundry here, it was open at 8 am and we picked up same day at 5:30 pm. If the garage is closed, go around on the right side to the back. I’m fairly certain our hotel does the laundry here and then charges guests 10x more per item.
20 November 2017Would have given 5 stars but they were not honest about their prices. When we went in they said 38k per kg, ours would be about 50k. When we picked up, they charged us per item and the total was 125k (we did a huge amount, cost is 1500-3000 per item). We were fine with this but we would have appreciated prices up front. We had planned to give them 100k with the original prices, so it’s not the price we were unhappy with but not sticking to their word. We dealt with different people on pickup, and didn’t speak great English, so I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say there was a mixup.
Note: you should get a receipt when you drop the clothes off. That was probably our mistake. "
