" This buildings luckily had some open stores and resto that often used by people to stop eat and chat when the apartments, offices and hotel not yet ready to open. The Aston hotel just recently run and now we could see some events happen there.

The issues of these place is about the parking lots, especially when the Aston start to run, the need of this parking lot for vehicle is badly handle, the basements are seem not ready, some of them are not ready at all for cars. The debris, dust not being cleaned by the management.

The parking lot for motorcycle located in basement, under the supermarket. You could find mushola besides it. You might experiencing difficulties to find an avail parking lot at the open ground, since a local school uses the area for their shuttle to pick up and drop the kids, from 1pm - 3pm usually.

When we parked car in the basements, we are then using stairs to reach the upper site of the building, i think the Lifts are not working yet. No one i see using it. The ATMs located in-front of the supermarket, you can find Mandiri and BCA.

This building also provides shuttle bus to Soekarno-Hatta Airport, they has regular schedules to pick and drop you from Intermark to the airport, but unfortunately they don’t have any pool and fixed schedules from the airport to Intermark.

From Intermark we can use toll road to reach Jakarta areas, to the airport, both Soekarno-Hatta or Halim, to the Jakarta seaport Tj. Priok or even to Sudirman/Thamrin areas. "

" Intermark Indonesia is located in a strategic location after we pass through the highway toll gate JORR to BSD area, this premise is on the left side of the main street. Many choices to eat and dine in, hang out, meet up, and it provides a supermarket in the basement area near the parking lot with ATM Bank.

You can even watch tour favorite car racing or soccer game competition on Saturday night from a coffee shop and they use the huge white wall's buildig as the huge screen. Funtastic!

One suggestion, the name should be Indonesian-wise that easily pronounce by Indonesians. Many online taxi drivers are not aware of this premise. "

" Diskriminatif terhadap pengendara motor..hanya pengendara mobil yg boleh parkir didepan spt di depan dunkin..pengendara motor walaupun hanya beli donut harus parkir jauh ke bawah musti naik turun.kalo gak mau parkir dipinggir jalan.pengalaman sdh 2kali gara2 kejadian ini sampai enek makan donut..coba pengelola intermark apa yg membedakan pengendara motor dgn mobil yg hanya sama2 beli dunkin yg hanya makan waktu 10 mnt an.bukan stay nongkrong lho..bukan hanya pengendara mobil yg butuh waktu pengendara motor jg. 😈😈😈😈 "
