" Complete rip off and they'll overcharge you for unnecessary tests. I was warned too late about coming here by a friend who lives in Canggu and who had a similar experience. I had the typical Bali belly symptoms and needed something to get better quickly, however the doctor immediately suggested to do a lot more examinations than necessary: Blood Tests for dengue and typhoid fever although the symptoms (eg rashes on body and very high fever) were not given at all and although the incubation period for those fevers is longer than the time we had stayed in Bali. I got quoted around 300usd for everything...and had to complain to the doctor until they removed the unnecessary tests and overpriced medications. "

" Service was exceptional. We didn't book an appointment, but showed up at 8am and were seen by a doctor within 10 minutes. Doctor was very through, very knowledgable and perfect English. The place was very clean and sterile, looked quite new. Paperwork and reception was easy. They also have the pharmacy there, so they give you the medication at the same time. I had a consultation (been sick for 3 days) and medication (tablets for broad spectrum antibiotic), and all up it cost AUD$33 / IDR$330,000. "

" The clinic is under the management of - and therefore is affiliated to - the Siloam Hospitals group including the big Siloam hospital down on Sunset Road and the 2 BIMC hospitals. It has international standards which other 24-hour clinics in Bali don't have. The doctors are awesome too and all the staff speak excellent english and are very professional. You wouldn't want to go anywhere else. "
