" If you are thinking of ordering online from their website, be very careful. The delivery company never notified me of a delivery attempt, even though I was at my residence during the period when it was supposed to be delivered. Then, trying to receive a refund is a hassle, and response times from customer service took sometimes at least a week. They wanted to have me pay for the shipping of the product that I never received, and after negotiating they told me I would receive a full refund. Yet, I have had to remind them several times about my refund, and I still do not see it show up on my account.
