Room was big and cosy, great value for money, clean and luxurious.
The resort is huge! And still, having to accommodate a large number of guests and nationalities, they are doing an amazing job.
Customer service and concierge would go the extra mile to fulfill every need and desire, starting from flowers in the room, to airport transfers and arranging personalized trips anywhere on the island.
And the best of it all...the resorts has its own entrance to the mall near by! Access only for Sheraton clients. How better can it get? "

" A wonderful experience at the Sheraton Bali Kuta. From check-in to housekeeping and service personnel at the dining areas, each and every staff was never caught with a frown. They were all friendly, courteous and warm. Also, the hotel room has a very nice view of Kuta beach which was perfect. And the lobby area even has seats for people to admire the sunset! How wonderful.

We particularly appreciate the welcome amenities presented by the staff. And the towel origami was really brilliant too! How creative I must say!

Really the staff for making our stay such an enjoyable one! "

" I honestly would look no further, if you are after the best customer service and cleanest, and good food this is a must stay. I use to have a membership with the Sheraton never joined back as I wasn’t very happy, till I tried the Bali Kuta one, and was greeted by Dewik. Wow if I could only find staff like she is, whoever her boss is hang onto her. She has changed my mind to rejoin the Sheraton group again. If I could give her 10 stars I would. " The Sheraton Bali, Kuta on each occasion I’ve stayed has exceeded my expectations. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate our family of 5. The view over the infinity pool looks over Kuta beach then on to the ocean. The location next to Beach Walk Shopping Centre. The restaurants serve top notch food, including the Excellent Italian Restaurant, Bene.
And then there’s the sunsets, simply breathtaking. All this and more makes this Sheraton the top spot to stay while in Kuta, Bali. "

" I can't say enough about my stay at The Sheraton. I had an awesome ocean view that allowed me to watch the sunset from my balcony & I loved my decor. The location was great. This hotel had a shopping mall attached & everything your heart could desire up & down the street. The staff was wonderful. I wanted my minibar cleared so I could use it for water & there was someone here in minutes. They really went all out for my birthday. I wound up celebrating 3 days because I stayed in my room with my do not disturb on most of the day on my birthday so Ebin (the lady that checked me in) came with cake and 2 more people in tow to sing happy birthday to me. The next day housekeeping came and decorated my room. Then for my last night there I had the do not disturb on again. I walked out to go get food and there was a beautiful flower arrangement sitting by my door! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I’m ever in Kuta Beach. I can’t see me staying anywhere else after being treated so well. "

" Brown water coming from the bath. You have to let it run for ten minutes before it clears up. Welcoming drummers and dancers stop as soon as you walked past them at the entrance. Workers sitting to the side of the entrance having a smoke and staring at their phones. Just some examples of the little things that add up to make this place seem like a worn down and neglected property. Don't let the nice pics fool you. The pool is very very small and when you sit along the pool, especially along the edge near the Main thoroughfare, you can't escape the fumes and honking horns from below. The beach, which you have to cross the street is ... dismal. I travel much, and used to come to Indonesia 2x-3x a year for work. I also stayed in different accommodations ranging from hostels to resorts around the world, so my pain threshold and adaptability are quite high, but this experience broke me. I don't write reviews often but the high expectation of a Sheraton property vs. reality is so bad, it needs to be noted. "

" Visited Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort for the Sunday Brunch Buffet Arrived 12pm for opening and was impressed with the choices. Great juices, and a great array of food options buffet and made to order items all included! great service .. and attentive staff ensuring we were never thirsty. Finally, we swam in the infinity pool until sunset. for $40 each this was a great day and one I would recommend everyone to try. "

" Had a one week stay. The rooms are great and spacious, with a really grand bathroom that stands out. The bed sheets are also great - they don't tuck them under the mattress like they often do in various hotels, which saves you from a daily struggle! As someone else mentioned, the security of the hotel is also good. The security is there, but not in your face. There's metal scanners that you have to enter each time you come from outside the hotel. The location is also great with just a couple minutes away from dozens of restaurants, bars and a shopping center right outside the entrance. The beach is just opposite the street outside - sadly no private beach so you get bombarded by locals trying to sell you chairs to chill on, "cheap cheap" surfing lessons (I recommend trying it out, the ocean water is really warm here) and drinks. The pool is also really great and they give out small samples of food to everyone every once in a while. There is free orange infused ice cold water for you to cool down. You get a slight view onto the beach from the infinity edge and you can hear the relaxing sounds of splashing waves. You can order good, but slightly pricey food at the pool/in-built restaurant (Bene) too. The SERVICE is what really stands out. All of the staff is extremely friendly, and they're always genuinely happy when they see you or when you pass by. This applies to security, pool, house keeping and everyone else. They always smile and are more than happy to assist you in any way. The spa in the hotel is also phenomenal. The breakfast selection is also really good! The views from the hotel are also all great with a view onto the grass and plants within the property outside. It is also surprisingly quiet (given that a busy street is just outside) with no disturbances from within the room and a very acceptable noise level while at the pool. The only improvement would be more things to do as a family etc. such as ping pong or Fußball. There is only a slightly small scaled pool table near the reception. The main lobby and reception also looks fantastic and is very pleasing and open to be in. Definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for something great with outstanding service in an excellent location. "

" A nice experience overall. The hotel itself is superb and the staff is highly attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the infinity pool, the impressive morning breakfast, and the rooftop at Bene restaurant (which is not really advertised much, but a spectacular place to watch the sunset over an evening drink).

There were two big drawbacks to the hotel: the location and the traffic. Kuta beach is a highly touristy area that gets old fast. The traffic in this part of Bali is simply horrendous. The majority of Uber drivers will not pick up at this hotel due to the traffic and it takes FOREVER to get in and out of this property by vehicle.

If you are looking to enjoy five star amenities and stay in the confines of a resort environment, this is a great option. If you are like myself and were looking for a place to base out of and explore all over the island of Bali, this hotel is probably a pass. "

" The location of the hotel in Kuta is perfect. Right across the road is a gorgeous beach (with waves both at high and low tide). The beach is also very flat, which makes it's safe for swimming. The sea temperature was lovely at around 28. The hotel is surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. At no point though did I find it noisy. Most floor 2 rooms have a shallow river in front of the veranda. It's gently flowing so no mosquitos. It's beautiful and sitting on the veranda, in the sun or shade and hearing the crashing waves is just bliss and so relaxing.
The rooms are wonderful and spacious. My room had a very large bed, a separate lounge with table with loads of internet connectivity. The bath room was the rooms highlight with a great big bath and a lovely large shower on the opposite side of the room. Standing in the shower one felt raised up due to the lovely granite floor with water flowing away and around one. The shower head was amazing. There were loads of toiletries as one would expect from a Sheraton.
The staff were amazing. Always friendly, greeting me with a smile, happy to see me, they really were the best. Many stopped to ask how my day went, or offered help and advice.
The hotel food was outstanding at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The choice of food was out of this world and the desserts available during the day spoilt us rotten. For work events the meeting rooms were large, spacious, and the team looking after the projector, coffee and tea were brilliant and super helpful. Security was excellent, never in your face but there. They had metal detectors at each entrance in, as well as a boom gate, security at the main road. Arranging taxis was a breeze whether local or from the hotel themselves. A trip from the hotel to the airport via hotel taxi is R250K, while taking a local taxi was R100K+ on a meter. An amazing hotel in the heart of Kuta, I can't recommend it enough. "
