" Bad operator service. Im a limo driver from the travel agency. I call the hotel regards of the guest already check in to the hotel or not cause i was waiting for the guest at tanah merah ferry terminal and no show. A simple question but they make a big fuss about it. So far i have no problem with other hotel. Tis is the hotel i will not recomend to my guest "

But the eating place is not big and not so much good things... so I recommend you to try the breakfast/dinner outside...then you gonna find better thing and also have more option of your food:) "

" It will be extremely Hard to find a hotel so poorly managed in Singapore. Arrogant staff incl. Floor Managers, good for nothing. Haven't even learnt basic English & Courtesy to deal with customers. Not sure if keeping Arrogant & Stupid Class 5 school drop outs at front desk is to save costs or sheer ignorance. Pls spend some money on thier basic traning or send them to our govt schools for free lessons if u cant afford. Stay anywhere else but HRH. "

" For the price($7xx) of the hotel is not worth it. Is just bcos the surrounding and convenience. The extra blanket got urine smell. Extra bed no bed sheet cover. Safe box cannot use. Is like genting first world hotel. My kids swim at their pool later all got skin rashes. Dun know how long did they wash the pool or clean their filter in the equipment. Hotel management please read yr review n do something not only i complaint. This is my first time n last time here. Confirm not coming back anymore. "

" The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom design is very beautiful. The swimming pool facilities is very fun, and i love it pool bar concept. There also the hard rock cafe nearby, which u should go and try it. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 stars is I find that the room is a bit too dark. "

" Love the hotel room and the swimming pool with the slide and sand, my daughter simply loves it but my daughter got diagnosed with ear infection and another of my girlfriend's daughter who was playing at the same pool got throat infection at the same time shortly after our staycation there. My doctor did asked if my gal has gone for a swim recently. Hopefully the hotel can do a check on the pools to confirm their pool is clean and safe before more kids get infections from it. "

" Pros....Nice hotel with a great pool area (complete with pool bar) and close to every where on Sentosa island

Cons...Pool closed early at 8pm which was annoying. Also the pool "Spa" was the same temperature as the normal pools. My biggest gripe was that for a Hard rock themed Hotel, there was very little theme at all. The lobby was well themed but the pool area and the rooms had little to no theme at all (even the sound system didn't play any rock music).It could have been any hotel for all I knew. Guessing the owners didn't care enough to give it a proper hard rock feel "

" So much for a great hotel. I was given early check in by the reservation officer. However, when I reached the hotel, wasn't allowed to do so and was told to check in at 3pm. How ridiculous! The staff jennifer did not serve me with a smile, didn't ans my questions tactfully and just called for the next guest when i have not finished talking. The manager however was way better. However, I was told that I would be given seaview room. But again, they gave me a 3rd floor room with no view but just a patch of grasses. No wifi provided. Have to pay. Houseekeeping takes 15mins. When asked to borrow a charger coz i forgot mine, wasnt allowed to. The room was ok. Babycot was so low and unable to raise it for infant. How ridiculous can it be? I really did not expect such service from hard rock hotel. "

" As a world renown hotel, I didn't feel anything special during my stay there last May 2016. The lobby is awesome, halls are filled with display of iconic costumes worn by famous performers from the west. The pool looks really good, though we didn't have time to give it a try. The room itself is spacious, though a bathtub would be great to have. Also, the theme of the hotel does not allow well-lit rooms, I was not so comfortable as I was expecting a bright and well lit bedroom. "

Had a pleasant stay for an overnight business trip. Friendly staff and a good selection of in room dinning for the business traveler. Plenty of attractions within walking distance.

Interesting decor with unique music themes.
Coach in the room was little dirty, kinda gross...

All and all a nice hotel, but not quite 5 star as listed. "
