" Engaged this car/driver rental company service during our 5 days stay in Bali. The overall driver service was good as our driver Jacki was really a nice, patient and cautious driver. However, not so much for the company itself. Beside driver's service, we also asked the handler (person we have been in contact with before we reached Bali) for pricing info on some of the activities we were interested in. To our surprise, the watersport activities at Tanjong Benoa quoted by them was double the rate we found online through other watersports agency, even though the handler emphasized a few times he helped us to negotiate for the best price. We tried to clarify with him, all he said was there was pricing difference between locals and foreigners, which we later found out from another agency there was no such difference! Upon confrontation with the handler, he admitted that there was "middleman" fee earned by them, which we totally understood and okay with that but to our opinion it was way too ridiculously to priced it at double the public rate and still insisted that we get "best" price due to our nationality. We tried to negotiate the price further but only got reply that we can cancel our booking but would be subjected to 30% cancellation fee. Judging from the circumstances and we would still need the driver's service for next day, we had no choice but to proceed knowing we were being taken advantage of. If anyone is interested in engaging this company, please DO NOT ENGAGE THEM to help you make reservation for any activity unless you get a similar or better deal from them. Always check online for any other options/deals, DO NOT contribute to feeding their greeds! Bali is such a nice cultural place that no one should be ripped off while enjoying holiday in this beautiful place :) "
