23 May 2019Got injured my ankle on the surf, “doctor” did the x-ray, told that it was just stretching gave elastic bandage and creme.
Returned in home country in 2 weeks, leg was hurting. Went to the doctor, and, surprise-surprise, my leg is BROKEN in 2 places, and bundles torned!!
My leg was recovering incorrectly, time lost and nobody can predict whether it would be recovered.
Guys, are f..ng nuts?? What a doctor are u that can not identify broken leg on x-ray?????
Moreover, they lost hard copy of my insurance while making copy!
Please, stay out of that place, run, if you get there!!!

" We made an appointment 4 days earlier. When the day came, we went to the hospital and waited for a while. After that they said us to wait the doctor was coming soon. After a while they said the doctor was on the way and was going to arrive lately a bit. After 1 hour waiting they said the doctor not coming cuz his schedule is another day in this hospital. A group of the hospital employees tried to reach the doctor and his clinic but they couldn’t and they said we should have gone to his clinic if we wanted to see him. This hospital has a long way to go for professional management and their work ethic is rotten. They don’t have any idea about their doctors work schedule, they gave us an appointment and they told us a lie and made us wait there 1,5 hour!!! "

Being told to wait indefinitely for results is annoying and a waste of time. If you are a Blue Cross member, beware of the fat woman lurking around the lobby-sometimes she will try to get you to pay for your visits and medicines even though they are actually covered. She claims to be from Blue Cross but does not show any actual ID nor look like a professional. "

" Beware of this "DENTIST" !!!
01 March 2018I hope my story will help you avoid the torment that the "dentist" Eka WIDIADNYANI condemned me to do.
Here's how it was:
I broke a tooth when I ate nuts. My insurance company sent me to an appointment with this "dentist."
The hospital looked very new and equipped, so I thought that the doctors were of a good standard. But how could I be wrong!
When I sat down in the armchair and she looked at the tooth, immediately, without an X-ray, she told me that the tooth can only be removed and can not be repaired. Even before she began to remove, she began telling me that I would need to fix her dental implant and that it would cost 15 million rupees. As I later realized, she wanted to remove my tooth only in order to earn money on me later! That's all she was worried about, money! Not my health, but only her ability to earn.
I do not know why I allowed to remove the tooth, I was in some kind of trance and trusted the "dentist". She just sentenced "Relax, relax"
So she tried to break my tooth crown with 3-4 attempts, and the root remained in the gum. Here the confidence of the "doctor" disappeared completely and she left me in her chair for 10 minutes, supposedly to take some kind of instrument that she still could not find!
As it turned out, there was a metal pin in the tooth from the previous treatment in Russia, but for her it was a surprise, because she did not even take an X-ray!
She and 2 assistants tortured me for 30-40 minutes, dropped the tools, fussed, were nervous, something hotly discussed. They put their fingers in my mouth and tried in vain to remove the root. And the "doctor" and the assistants acted UNSURE! As if for them this is the first experience of such operations!
At last I realized that I fell into the hands of non-professionals. I looked around the office, and saw that it seemed to have just been opened yesterday, there were not a single poster on the walls, the tables were empty, the whole tool was absolutely new in packages and had never been used.
In the end, telling me that "she did everything she could" and "the tooth is very difficult, very difficult" and with crooked roots (you just had to do an x-ray, a stupid woman to find out what form of roots) said that "if I want to" , I have to go to a dentist-surgeon to another hospital!
After that, she prescribed iodine, pain medications and ANTIBIOTICS!
After consulting with a doctor from Russia, I decided not to touch the roots of the tooth, because they did not hurt and did not require removal! The tooth can be restored only by the root, this is a worldwide practice, but the "dentist" Eka WIDIADNYANI did not know about it or kept silent specifically to earn money on the installation of the implant.
You know what, even if she's the last dentist on Earth, I'm not going to sit in her chair for anything!
Do not use the services of this "dentist", if your health is dear to you!
I hope the gods will punish this stupid woman who can not be called a doctor, because she puts the material benefit above the health of patients. "

" Admitted to RS Bali Jimbaran last week. From registration to emergency room the staff was very friendly. Hospital is super clean and brand new. And the price is probably the cheapest among other hospital. Not very crowded as yet as many confused this hospital with unud hospital. The rooms are clean. The way the nurse took my blood was good. So it will be good for kids as sometimes nurses whom are not experience at taking blood will retried so many times. I was in infusion for 7 days and my hand did nor swollen too much because it was done properly. Went in for very bad situation. Every hospital said i was just in depression and did not recognize my illness until this hospital got it right. I have and still have inflammation of the esophagus. It will take me 1-2 months to recover. But happy to go back anytime. Dr. Artana the internist is one of the best. Accurate and conservative Dr. Thank you. "
