" The location is in the small road of jalan Bisma. I got confused with PB 1 since the location is near each other. Everything is good, but I got my key stuck for several times. The bathroom is good but I see the soap boxes were empty. The wifi is on and off. However, a fancy pool is in behind and yoga field. "

" The rooms were decent sized but I think there must be some kind of bugs in the room. Something had bit me while I was sleeping and I got two bites there resulted in some swelling for the next 12 hours.

There is free wifi but it is not very functional. No hair dryers provided in the room. There is a pool shortly after you walk past the reception but there is another pool at the very end of the property if you keep going.

The property is off a smaller road and difficult to access.

The manuals in the room said that breakfast was offered to all guests but this was not the case. "

" The staff always smiling and very accommodating, the whole complex clean and quiet. Two pools, the one further back an infinity pool with views of the jungle. Stayed in the bungalows with a private terrace, AC and a luxurious bathroom. The location is a bit remote, with a 20 min walk to the Ubud centre. Would recommend regardless! "

" This hotel is modern tropical style building. Spacious room. Large bathroom. Some rice fields around the hotel.
The hotel doesn't have big space for car park. Walking distance (15 - 20 minutes) to monkey forest and central Ubud. Breakfast is so so. Pool is okay. Very relaxing atmosphere. I like it and for sure will be back. "

" Great Place to stay in Ubud.
We liked the Large room with nice Balcony. All the room amenities were good. Staffs were very nice and helpful. And their Buffet breakfast was good too (Could add more items). Had dinner at their restaurant too & it was tasty. The resort is quiet large with two swimming pool. They also provide shuttle service to Ubud center. Its near Ubud center, so shopping, recreation and some site seeing is easy to reach. "

We found bugs in the salad during our lunch and breakfast was one of the worst I've had in Bali. Avoid the local taxis, they're heavily overpriced and Grab offers a much better service. "

" Superb staff that make you feel really comfortable and welcomed. They really went out their way to make stay better even offering their work laptop on the registration counter to let me do some work! The rooms were good and the hotel itself is well maintained. There are 2 setting pools, one near the lobby and the other at the back of the hotel which overlooks a forest but is much better! Restaurant options were not that good and they kept running out of some foods on the menu however breakfast was pretty good with a small selection on their menu but really big portions! The location of the hotel is about 10 min walk to the main city Street therefore it's easy to navigate around. The hotel does offer scooters to travel on if you are brave enough and there's many taxis around to get you to places further away! "

Room was very clean and had everything you would need. Lovely buffet breakfast in the morning. An evening swim in the infinity pool overlooking the tropical forest is a must! "

" We stayed at Pertiwi Bisma2 for a few days, after we've been transfered from Bisma1 where we initially made our booking.
The hotel is decent enough, staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool looked clean, but we did not try it. The rooms were clean, ok furnished, big enough and the air conditioner has done a pretty good job in keeping the room cool.
The bathroom on the other hand was quite sad, old and had a poor light. The towels were disgusting, even if they were clean, they looked very old and used and made me regret I didn't bring my own towel.
On the plus side, the breakfast was rich and tasty with lots of options to choose from.
The hotel has a nice location, giving you easy access to all the must visit spots in Ubud.
No bugs or ants found inside the room. :) "

" We came to this hotel because hotel pertiwi bisma 1 overbooked and sent us here. Beware of your belongings. The housekeeping stole a bathing suit and shorts hanging on the back of our door in the bathroom. From what I have seen this is not the first time. When I tried to speak to them they pretended to not know English. My boyfriend called since he is Indonesian. They felt bad but said housekeeping had been working there many years and they trusted housekeeping. I would not be surprised if this happens again. I don't recommend this place if you worried about things missing from your room. "
