" This location has a great many benefits, after climbing up a few stairs i can get a great view of all the surrounding beach (multiple locations for surf among here, great for learners and mostly 0 people here) and chiefly there is a view of Medewi surf riders point where the 200m meter walls reside.

This location also has the benefit of not being too close to the local mosques (they can still be heard but i find i have to be outside or listening really hard and to be honest it sounds quite nice in the distance).

I find that the position of this accommodation is rather good, although there isn't a direct access track to the surf but it is only a matter of driving your scooter a matter of 5-8 minutes (depends on which surf location you are going to) or asking Yani to either set you up in the car or drive you to the surf (there is also the option of walking along the walls of the rice paddies to get to and from the surf)
another good point about the location is that our only close neighbors brown sugar and a villa that is usually empty and I hardly hear a murmur from either of them
and one more point is that the rice paddocks we are surrounded by are quite green and at the very least i think they look pretty cool (sometimes when the fields around us aren't being used for rice you can see cows instead)

The location here is quite nice and convenient (a small drive to many food locations such as Nals Kitchen, Warung Bagus, Beroka - 24hr and more but i don't eat at other locations, there are also a few shops closeby and Yani who knows where you can get many things like the souvenir shop and all the above mentioned locations (just ask him if he knows where to get ??? and if he knows your in)
it is also good to know that there is aircon if it is ever hotter than you would desire (the temperature doesn't fluctuate too much and i hardly have a cold night [this is also due to using a blanket...] )
