" After reading reviews yesterday I called in to explain my needs & was handed a plastic folder with services & price list & ask to choose treatment I needed. I asked if they had a staff member that could do Reikl, Lymphatic, Reflexology as well as traditional massage (which my usual lady I've been using for the past 14 years does for me) the answer was no. All those treatments would be ++++. I explained that I usually have 15 treatments during my months stay in Bali and was answered by "we are fixed price". I wasn't there to bargain but to hopefully get similar treatment @ a reasonable price untill my lady gets well again. There are 5 of us waiting on her as she really is brilliant with her treatments. "

" This was one of the best massages I have had anywhere! I get a massage every week at least and this was second to none. Iluh, was the Massusse's name and she was excellent. The owner and staff were extremely nice and very welcoming, the Salome was very clean with a shower in the massage room. Thank you for a great two hour massage at a very good price. "

" Not recommended to do bikini or brazilian waxing here. Paraffin wax and limited staff skill are combination that makes your waxing experience incredibly long, painful, and not worth the price.
31 March 2018Usually with sugar waxing, I could finish my waxing in under 20 strips, and I can bare the threading for finishing. But paraffin waxing making everything is so sticky even the hand of the therapist, so the sticky hand add wax like experience after she took the strip and even more painful. She work randomly in the area (instead of focus in one area before move to another) and repeat the same location over and over so Probably my count is over 60 strips.
I asked if the therapist was new, but the cashier confirm that she was a senior. She keeps saying sorry tough for making me scream during treatment.
The worst part is because I stopped before she finish it all (so painful to me), I went home with wax residue in the bikini area and I have to googling how to remove them. Wax residue making it so unpleasant even for walking. "

" This salon destroyed my hair. I went in to have keratin on the roots, they put the chemicals down too far, into the previously treated area, despite my request not to. "Don't worry, don't worry" they told me. Now it is all falling out and there is a wavy ring around my head from where the hair has lost all elasticity. "

" My girlfriend and I have been to about a dozen spas in Sanur and this the best one so far. It's much more expensive than most. Costing about 200K for a 1 hr massage. You can get a good massage for 70k along the street. I like that Cosmo washes your feet first and provides a nice shower to rinse some of the oil off afterward.

" The spa is clean and the staff are friendly. I had a 1 hour Thai massage. It wasn't bad, she had a general idea of the basic moves and stretches but didn't use enough pressure. Some of the massage was quite sloppy, like trying to press down on my belly. She also had long nails that I could feel when she was applying pressure. "

" Having been to half a dozen of massage places in Sanur and plenty of salon & spas in Bali, I would rank Cosmo as one of the top 3 salons & spas that I’ve been to. They are a bit on the pricey side if you compare them to other bargain salon & spas in the area but this is the case where I can say that you get what you pay for. From the ambiance, decorations, cleanliness, and their overall service, this is by far the best value for your buck. I am particular about the cleanliness of the establishment and my therapist so for the $5 extra, it is money well-spent. I had their Bali massage with Astini. It was soothing and relaxing. They washed my feet before the massage which was a real nice touch since I had been walking around on my slippers all day and I guess they also do it for themselves since they probably don’t want to touch dirty feet At the end of the massage they offered me a selection of beverages and it helped even more with my relaxation. I really liked what they did to my scalp at the end of my massage so I asked the receptionist if I could get a scalp massage and they had this Creambath treatment (Tuti was excellent) where she washed my hair with shampoo then I sat down on a chair where she bathe my hair from scalp to the end with a rich conditioner that smelled really good. She then massaged my scalp for a good 30 minute then on to my shoulder, back, arms and fingers with aromatherapy oil. They steamed, washed and blow dried my hair at the end. Oh man, I’m going to find a salon/spa back home where they can do this treatment for me. Having been to a few (real) expensive spas in the area, like the ones inside of fancy hotels, this place offers a great value for the service that you’re getting! "
