" I had a very pleasant stay at Keraton. The place does not look like typical huge hotel but it has all its convenience. Room was large, clean and nice, room service was good, the laundry came out nicely smelling, breakfast was tasty and plenty. I particularly enjoyed the gardens which were very well maintained and a pool with pool bar. They had happy hours for both beach bar and pool bar. Food was good but a bit pricy and they charge 21% extra for tax and service, but there is a lot of restaurants just few minutes walk at the beach. "

" Friendly staffs, nice place and view not too crowded, clean and service is top class. Good for a very affordable vacay. "

" Not very safe place as there was a huge fire on 5th May 2018 and three villas were totally destroyed. What was the cause? They burnt a rubbish behind the hotel area and strong wind helped the fire to get to the hotel area. Firefighters arrived after 15 minutes. Unfortunately, it wasn’t very organized to get rid of the fire ASAP.
07 May 2018I am giving them three stars as there is a nice swimming pool and the resort is located beachfront. However, SAFETY first and they should improve the procedures in case of fire. "

" Nice small hotel in the middle of Jimbaran beach. Everyday different amaizing sunsets. Close to beach restaurants on the sand with sea food. Recommend to find the fish market (in the north), buy it fresh, ask restaurant cook to prapare the fish and enjoy the food and the nature. Visited the place in January. Almost everyday rain but in combination with sun. What is really a problem is garbage coming from the ocean which is collecting everyday by locals. "

" Great location directly on the beach, lots of amazing restaurants and local minimarts as well as massage parlours. Beautiful setting in the restaurant too, quite a romantic feel at night with seating right underneath a gigantic fig tree draped with warm lighting. Very clean facility overall. Incredible garden surrounding the villas. Staff are also very helpful with all our requests and always friendly. "

" Such a beautiful hotel, the architecture it's stunning, the gardens are beautiful and its located right on the beach. It has a great, relaxed atmosphere. There's live music almost every other day by a talented trio of musicians, they're very good. The hotel is very close to Wurang bamboo, which is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy dinner on the beach. "

" Very beautiful beach with white sand. The beach streches a long way, and here it is possible to do surfing and kayaking - very enjoyable and recommendable! The rooms and the restauramnt are good, however, my experience with the wifi has not been great (at least in my room). "

" Nice pool/ beach and good food. In comparison the quality of the rooms was somewhat lacking and the they were quite dull (although the majority of time was spent outside). Not a huge deal to do other than swim or body-board considering that the sea was murky so a few days stay was a good amount of time "

" The pool and beach area is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Also garden areas are very pretty. However it is let down by the room which desperately needs an update. "

" Stay away from room: 337. Its air condition produces a stench. We complained. They sprayed something instead of changing the filters... so better stay off this superior suite.
21 July 2017Otherwise beautiful setting. Cool place to watch sunsets. Personnel doesn't seem to be be over-motivated. Food a bit pricey... But would go anytime again - but not in room 337. Our girls had room 339
which had no stench at all... if room problem would have been handled in a better way I would have given 4 stars... "

" I booked this place with an 81% discount- it would be wildly overpriced to pay anywhere near the full price. It was just about worth it for what I paid. Fancy impressive lobby with dark claustrophobic and slightly neglected room with tiny bathroom. On the plus side the bedding was really comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety but was pretty ordinary in terms of quality and taste. The staff were variable and I would say service was below average for Bali. The beach was spotless and really nice. Other pluses are very close to seafood BBQ restaurants and use of facilities and shower room post check out time. Over all though you will find better value and nicer places to stay. "

" A beautiful hotel, with rooms opening into a lovely garden. The beach is much cleaner than round the corner in Kuta, and the pool bar is a great place to have a drink. Just down the beach are a wide range of seafood restaurants on the sand, don't miss them. "

" Zimmer sind balinesisch eingerichtet, werden täglich gesäubert, Service bei all inclusive gut, Strand ist ein Traum, viele Hochzeitspaare machen dort Flitterwochen und Fotos am Tag. "

" Amazing gardens so many trees and flowers, the buildings are beautiful, traditional Balinese, although perhaps a bit tired inside the room. Bedroom was huge with lovely big bed and mosquito nets draped like a four poster, we didn't have any problem with insects. The swimming pool was bricked rather then tiled so looked quite dark and pond-like rather than blue and inviting. Overall very clean, staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, buffet with lots of choice. Good place for lunch, recommend the club sandwich and good spot to eat is the bamboo gazebo by the beach. "

" Apart from the pricy aspect, this place is great. Something to mention is that the beach in front is always dirty and I don't think it's the hotel to blame for it. "

" Beautiful surroundings and Balinese decor just steps away from a peaceful beach, wonderful hospitality.
20 May 2016We were already in awe when we arrived at the hotel lobby, which was a spectacle in itself, a veritable Balinese palace, if you will. The concierge brought us cold towels and told us our room wouldn't be ready until 14:00 and showed us to the hotel restaurant which overlooked the beautiful blue ocean and white sand. The menu was simple, and our entrees were delicious. Our adjoining rooms were stunning, perhaps showing a bit of wear, but immaculate, and with ample amenities and toiletries. Turn down service was offered nightly, and our rooms were cleaned every day, and all bath and bed linens were changed. My mattress wasn't as firm as I would have liked, but I did sleep very well regardless. Hotel staff was beyond accommodating. The location was perfect, hardly any hawkers on the quiet beach. All in all, a very relaxing and comfortable stay. "

" On behalf of my mother, who have had booked a room in Keraton Jimbaran Beach Resort hotel.
15 December 2015I booked a room in Keraton Jimbaran Beach Resort hotel for 5th till 12th of November through Booking com. The booking was done without possibility to cancel it. On 5th of November, we were flying to Denpasar from Bangkok with a transfer in Jakarta. At the airport of Jakarta, the Garuda Indonesia airline's employees informed us that Denpasar's airport is closed due to volcano eruption on the island near by Denpasar. All flights were cancelled for couple of days. We got in contact with the hotel and let them know that we were in Jakarta, but could not arrive because of unforeseen situation which was caused by a nature disaster. The manager of the hotel replied that they know about the volcano eruption and thanked us for the call. He informed us that he marked that we are cancelling the booking. Further, he asked me to cancelled the booking via website. The manager didn't inform us about any penalty. I thought, it was clear, that the cancellation happened not because I did not want to come anymore, but due to force majeure - volcano eruption!
At the end, after several days, the hotel withdraw the whole amount for booking from my credit card. I have tried to contact the hotel (via email and social media) to ask them to explain me this situation, but I didn't receive any reply. They just ignored me.
I think, this is unacceptable behavior of the management of this hotel. If there are other travelers, who happened to be in the same situation, they should share their opinion and protest against this kind of behavior. Those, who are planning to go to Bali, shouldn't book the room in Keraton Jimbaran Beach Resort hotel. Volcano eruptions are quite common in Indonesia, thus you are risking to face unscrupulousness and greediness of the hotel's management.
P.S.: At the moment of writing this post, there is -57% discount offer for booking in this offer. Thus the hotel could easily, without any loss for itself, to agree to return back at least half of the money. It is not a question of money anymore, but their attitude to their customers. "

" Great service, staff are really nice, not a chain hotel so has a unique charm about it. Short walk along the beach to seafood restaurants. Nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of kuta. Bonzai enthusiasts will love the garden. "

" Small but comfy room with canopy bed which looks nicer than is truly practical. The doors to the room are quite narrow and with luggage it was a tight squeeze (although I could have opened the other half of the door). My room unfortunately had a very strong musty smell that was a bit unpleasant. Wifi worked sometimes -- there was a computer/printer to use in the lobby and breakfast was okay. "
