" I went there with my sick baby and had to wait 1 hour although I was told before to come on time. The staff was not giving me any information, I had to ask 3 times for my appointment. They told me we have to consult a general practitioner first before seeing the specialist just to check the babies temperature (which was checked at the entrance already) for a high price. I did not agree and at the end, we only went to the specialist. The consultation was 5 minutes only, he didn't introduce himself, I had to ask for his name. He did not inform me about anything regarding COVID, he didn't even tell me what to do in case of an emergency. The reason wasn't the language barrier, my Indonesian friend was with me. The subscribed medicine is not suitable for a baby at all- not even in a low dose. The following process after the consultation wasn't clarified either, I had to ask and only got confusing and unclear information. The hospital staff wasn't busy at all and I wonder why there wasn't any engagement - not even for a sick baby and his tired mum. The experience was very disappointing and is hopefully helpful for others- to save energy and lots of money. "

" We came in this “hospital” to get a consultation about strong pain in the elbow after falling down on the stairs. At first everything was okey, but after for us was done CT scan appears a lot of problems. 1) we were waiting more than two hours for the results, during this time personal in hospital lied us, that doctor is speaking with other specialists about our results 2) after 2 hours waiting we asked for the answers and staff told us that doctor went home 2 hours ago and they will send him our results per WhatsApp (the greatest platform to make the diagnoses) 3) we just told that we will inform our insurance about this and main manager Puspha Yanthi starts to argue with us, she told us that we are her problems, she wants to go home to her baby and because of us and our problems she cannot do it. At the end she told us “karma will reach you” I think shows the hospital in general in the worst side. To sum up - we did not receive clear result, we lost more than two hours for nothing and we were insulted by the personal. So we totally don’t recommend this hospital, try to avoid it "

" Highly recommended private hospital.
Located arround 200m from main road, and you could easily find the sign, and the hospital itself, basically it's very accessible from any area arround Ubud or Gianyar.
Quite big hospital compared to other hospital in Bali, and have almost all facility you needed from hospital, including emergency departement, radio imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, inpatient wards, specialist clinics, dental unit, even caffee and convenient store.
Service is fast and responsive, the staff is friendly, helpful, and communicative, almost all the staff speak english, and some staff will help with other languages (japanese, chinese).
Have alot of specialist doctor so most of your treatment in this hospital will be treated or consulted to the specialist doctor, wich is great.
So overall i highly recommend this hospital if you need immediate healthcare assistance arround Gianyar or Ubud. "

" Let me say this hospital more than exceeded my expectations. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about it. My girlfriend went into anaphylactic shock while we were in Bali and we ended up being transferred from a smaller hospital to Kasih Ibu Saba. She spent three nights in the ICU and then another night in one of the general patient rooms and everything was perfect. The nurses were knowledgeable, nice and always accessible. The hospital was clean and everyone spoke English well. The general patient rooms were beautiful and there was a cafeteria downstairs open daily. All in all, the care was comparable to that in the States, which is wonderful because I was extremely nervous to be in this situation so far from America.

Furthermore, they worked diligently with our travel insurance to set up a payment system. On top of that, the cost was next-to nothing compared to what it would have been in the States.

Overall, this is a great hospital and I believe anyone who ends up here should not worry, as they are in great hands. Thanks Kasih Ibu for everything! "

" Do not trust anyone in this hospital. It's a morally corrupt organization with the goal of charging you as much as they can. Especially if you're a foreigner, they treat you as a gold mine.

My wife gave birth here, this is why I want to write this review. Before the birth, doctor was clear that c-section was not necessary. We were expected a normal birth but we didn't know how greedy and how evil these people are.

We didn't use any pain killer, and also measured contractions so we could predict the birth time. During the wait, nurses didn't even measure the contractions.

They only measured the opening and they MISINFORMED us about the opening. Their strategy is to make the mother feel like there is still long time to born the baby. They were very pushy about changing our mind to prefer c-section (so they can charge a lot of money!)

30 minutes before the birth, my wife began screaming because of the pain. The nurses approached my wife like snakes and told her "There is still 7 hours to wait, you can choose c-section if it's too painful". My wife said no.

15 minutes before my wife gave birth, they told my wife that it was too early to give the birth and they have to inject anesthesia to stop her from pushing the baby. This is how they trick mothers because if you accept the anesthesia, this time they'll force you to do c-section because your legs will be num and they'll say "you can't push the baby, we'll do section".

I stopped them from giving my wife anesthesia, and forced them to call the doctor. I'm Turkish, so I know how to deal with morally corrupt people.

I HAD TO FIGHT them to get the service I paid for. FOUGHT the whole night to make the doctor come to hospital, and give the birth. And fortunately, it was a normal birth as we wanted.

After the birth, I talked to bunch of local Balinese people and they were telling me that more than half of woman do c-section even it's not necessary.

Beware about this hospital. They are GREEDY SCAMMERS.

My note for the owner: The nurses in your hospital are very professionally trained for lying to the mothers and this shows how evil you are. But this time, you tried to trick the wrong person. "
