" The service was disappointing. I had to deal with a lot of paperwork and the staff seemed disorganized. I waited for almost two hours just to get a simple signature. There was a lack of communication from the staff which caused a lot of confusion. I had a bad experience with the staff not explaining things clearly. I hope they can improve their service and be more attentive to their customers. Not sure if I would come back. "

" The service was okay but I had to wait for about an hour. There were some people ahead of me and the line moved slowly. Staff were polite but could have been more efficient. I had to ask for some clarifications which slowed down the process. The office is located in a busy area and finding parking was difficult. It's a decent place but I hope they can improve the speed of service. It wasn’t a bad experience but it could be better. "

" The staff at Kantor Kelurahan Padangsambian were friendly and helped me with my paperwork quickly. I had to renew my ID and they guided me through the process step by step. The office was clean and organized which made it easy to navigate. I did not have to wait long as they were efficient with their service. The staff made sure that I filled out all the necessary forms. However the parking situation is a bit tricky since the area is often crowded. Overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend it to others. "
