" seriously, one of the worst japanese restaurants, if not the worst. You are just paying for the interior. soggy gyoza and extremely salty soup ( just pouring tsuyu sauce) udon is beyond worst, not to mention size of the meat inside shrimp tempura was very similar to that of a toothpick. Well, all this is acceptable just because you are in bali. maybe it’s okay for ppl who are not familiar with japanese food. They are one of the worst Japanese restaurants in the WORLD period "

" Ordered the Kobe steak. It was 220,000, very expensive for Bali. It was super tiny steak, not even big enough to be an appetizer. Taste was okay, but nothing special. Ambiance of the place is cool, but the portions and flavour needs some work. Ambiance was 5 stars, food was 2. Service was 5. "

" The decor was stunning, and that's probably the only good thing about this place. The food was so-so compared to the high price they charge. Not bad, but nothing special. Service was very slow, terrible. Our appetizer was served but we only got cutleries 5 minutes later. Our sushi rolls were served and we immediately asked for more wasabi, but it only came after we finished our meal! Expensive but not worth it....

" Make the climb to the 3rd level terrace – the views are incredible. The menu was extensive and everything we ordered was delicious. Not a place to get a quick/cheap eat, but the prices felt fair considering the quality. "

" A say this with a heavy heart but ... I feel like they could do with a Gordon Ramsay makeover. I had high expectations. It's a great location and the decor is quirky. It seemed like staff were spread too thin. Covering 3 levels. Took a very very long time to get drinks ordered and for food to come out. And the food was really very bland. Credit to the manager who was really trying. She explained one of the new floors was new but that still doesn't excuse the very ordinary seafood in a Japanese restaurant. "

" Read all the reviews before going here saying how great this place was. Ended up eating here and didn't finish one thing we ordered. The only thing that wasn't rotten or undercooked was the miso soup. The service was pretty good but the food was absolutely the worst Japanese I've ever had. "

" My wife and I have been in Bali for 3 weeks and it being our last night we were craving some good Japanese food. It was hands down the BEST dining experience of our entire honeymoon! The food was first class, fresh and expertly presented. We had the best prawns we've ever had and absolutely everything we ordered left us OMGing. Not to mention the happy hour from 5 till 7pm where you get 2 for 1 cocktails. The best presented and tasting cocktails we've ever had in Bali.
