" Private pool wasn't private. Rooms were great but humid. Private pool tiles were falling and there was a huge hole in the centre of the private pool. Food is by order and not ala cart. Staff are amazing nonetheless! "

03 June 2016Had issues however with the room we had. For one, the aircond was not cold enough and the room felt humid during the day. Second issue was the so called private pool attached to the room wasn't private at all as it was shared by two other rooms and other guest could use it as well. During our stay, some guest from other rooms decided to go swimming from 10PM until 1AM, which was really not cool.
Breakfast was good but it was not buffet. Service of the staff is impeccable and amazing! "

" I stayed for 1 night at Ivory Resort Seminyak...actually everything was okay, the staffs are very nice and polite, the room and the bed is big. But there is one crucial things that I thought it was a "no go" for a 4 star hotel or resort. The towel, the bathmat and even the bedcover have holes on them and even stained and look very old. I already explained it very carefully to the manager and I hope they would paid attention to this thing...it might be a small things for them but it is a BIG thing for us as guest..

" 酒店很干净，安静，有个小游泳池。但毛巾有消毒水味道。离海滩走路25分钟左右，路不好走，都是小路，去海边还有一道铁门，是另一个酒店的，不过可以叫酒店的服务员开门。水明漾海滩很不错，人很少，风景很不错。 "
