We cover our tempe in banana leaves to give it a unique aroma. Our tempe is handmade with love, patience and care to produce exceptional flavour and texture.

I am a young tempe enthusiast from Solo, Central Java, Indonesia. I love tempe because it just simply delicious… back when I was a child, my housekeeper often serve tempe marinated with garlic, salt, and coriander AND BOOOM ! Walaaa.. Tempe goreng or fried tempe, crispy outside and tender inside. It just make me craving more and more…
