" Best Tapas in Bali!! If you are willing to get out of the Seminyak strip, this is most definitely worth the effort.
25 May 2018Minimalist decor & concrete floors with an open kitchen is a hive of highly organized activity.
The tapas style food is innovative, fresh and totally delicious. The owner/chef made himself known at our table and was so enthusiastic about all the local Balinese produce used to create his incredible dishes, the 'Bali Breakfast' is a must.
Do yourself a favor.... GO!! "

" The roasted pork buns and baked scallops are amazing! The dishes are really creative, frankly, every dish combination you see may not fee appetizing but the taste is just extraordinarily different and amazing, most come with a taste you may not have experienced before so you really have give respect to the head chef and cooks here. 5 stars for me! "

" Nice place for tourists. Good prices. Service is good. Nice chef from Canada. Tries hard. But dishes are not for people who like to lose weight and who do not like mixing food and having to many different type of sauces. Glasses for red wine are too small. Could be bigger. Tables are too far from each other. Could be closer. But generally nice place. "

28 February 2018It has always been a superb experience : smiley and welcoming service (from staff and owners), all the waiters and waitresses are very knowledgeable about the drinks and food, which is... amazing, beautiful, tasty, savory, fantastic... Kevin, the chef, is highly creative and offers you a selection of surprising dishes made with local ingredients.
My favourite one ? The "Bali Breakfast" !
Definitely a must do while staying in Bali ! "

" Having been here in Bali now for about 2weeks, we've had our fair share of good and bad eats. Both cheap and expensive. We came across Cuca on our way back from Uluwatu Temple and decided to make the stop. I agree with the other posts in that the staff is very attentive, and the environment is just as welcoming and cool. Got down to ordering and I have to admit. It was all very good. Upscale Tapas with a nice focus to the presentation. The must try in my opinion is the Cuban Corn.. it was amazing! "

" A wonderful place for painstakingly crafted tapas! Very warm and friendly staff who were exceptionally attentive to diners’ needs and dietary requirements/ restrictions. The service rendering was really professional with good recommendations and waiting staff constantly checking on diners’ well-being. The food is really delicious too! I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience there. Good food, great ambience, amazing staff... highly recommended if you would like to have some tapas! This place is perfect for family gatherings or friends get-together. It is also children-friendly too. Be prepared to part with slightly more than your reservation price for the bill. But with the awesome experience, it’s all well worth it! :D "

" A lot of hype, but below premium food. We were very excited to try this restaurant, especially coming from Chicago and wanting some delicious tapas. The ambience is great and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
01 September 2017Half of our tapas were good, the other half were just okay. The pulled pork tasted salty, it actually didn't taste like pork. The ceviche was good, but had too many competing dominant things going on.
The mushroom fritters and pork buns were great.
It might have just been my expectations (as it always is), but I thought it was just a bit over-hyped.
And I've only been in Bali a few days, so maybe with the more food I try, the more amicable my thoughts will be of the place.
Oh and the music was bad. "

" Hands down the beat restaurant in Bali. Make sure you make reservations, as it is popular and has about 15 tables inside, 10 counter seats overseeing the kitchen, and several tables outside. We went with friends and shared several dishes. I absolutely loved the pork buns; the best food I had in weeks. Ordered each desert and everyone had a different favorite dessert. Can't recommend this restaurant highly enough, definitely 5 stars++++ "

" Flavour bursting tapas! Incredible service with each meal explained on how to eat it. We shared 5 plates between the 2 of us (not very hungry) and it was perfect!!! Could not fault a single thing! They also can order you a taxi and escort you from door to door. A MUST NOT MISS in jimbaran. All under $100! Food with experience and very inventive! "

" Our family of four enjoyed amazing dinners here on our first and last nights in Bali. The food was out of this world good. It is now THE favorite restaurant of our whole family. The service was impeccable. The warm lively ambiance welcoming. The decor was modern yet comforting, with a large out doors dining area and garden. I don't think I have had so many new taste combo experiences in a single meal.

" Delicious food and amazing service! They even provided bug spray. It is tapas style eating so you order a number of dishes and share them. Dishes are good for 2 to 3 people. So doubles of a dish would be needed for any larger party. The food there was amazing and interesting. Some very interesting combos. Would recommend trying as much as your tummy and budget can take! Beautiful setting for the restaurant as well! "

" A super creative restaurant with a super creative chef. Had an amazing meal at their kitchen bar where you can watch all plates being prepared. We had a few plates but the most memorable ones were the soft shell crab and the "breakfast" dessert. Wow.. And the prices were good compared with the quality and service (not for budget travelers though). Highly recommended and would done there again any day. "
