" This place is my favorite place to stay in Bali. The staff are very kind and attentive. Breakfast is included in the stay and I highly recommend their nasi goreng. For such a low price, I really can't complain. The interior of the place is very clean and modern. I had a fun time swimming in the pool. It is also next to a supermarket and souvenir shops which was very convenient, it's located on sunset road in kuta and very near to the airport. I highly recommend this place as it's the best boutique hotel I've tried in the area. "

" I was a regular guest at this hotel. Every time My husband and I came to Bali, we always stay at this hotel for one night as a transit before we continue our trip to another part of Bali. This time, I arrived at 10 PM, The receptionist who does the checked in was so helpful and courteous, her name is Irene if I'm not mistaken. She explained everything properly. We went up to the room, and we surprised to entered the room, smells so bad of smoke, The bed sheets are dirty plus we found hairs on top of the pillow. When my husband picks up the pad, you can see again the bed sheets have a lot of stains. Off Gross !! We came back to the reception, without touching anything else in the room. And we told her I want to change the room because the smoke's smells I cant handle it !!!. The reception did her best to help us. She was trying to call her FRONT OFFICE MANAGER to upgrade us (which is the only room available they have). And the FOM said NO to upgrade me, and let me stay in the smelly room!!! Unbelievable. I will check out the next morning at 9 AM anyway, but they cannot give me the cleaner place for their REGULAR GUEST. The manager on duty let me sleep with the smoke smell and not to care about my health!!. Well, they changed the bed sheet and "maybe" clean our room one more time, we didn't know, and we are not care anymore. After almost a year and a half, this will be the last time for us to stay. And anyway, your reception doing a great job, too bad she needs to work in a lousy management hotel. She should work in an upper class hotel. "

" Had a nice stay here, room was very nice with super comfy pillows and mattress. The pool area is nice but in the middle of all the rooms so can be loud if there's kids. Breakfast was okay, wasn't enough signs for all the food out. Shower was nice and hot but got the whole bathroom wet which wasn't a wet room and remained damp for the stay. "

" Nice and clean rooms. But 4 km far from kuta beach. Suggest you to kindly take a room close by so that you enjoy Bali life better. Hot water issues at this hotel. Overall not so satisfying. But staff are very welcoming and hats off to the service and patience they have. "

" Not Recommended, staff of the sun boutique hotel unfriendly, The first room that I live there is a cockroach and his air conditioner leaked, after which I moved to the another room and AC still leaked. I show photos and recording of leaked AC and the cockroaches to receptionist. Really bad services.
