" My first time in Bali and getting to the hotel was a relief. The entrance looks lovely and the were filming in the gorgeous looking pool area. But thats where it stops for me. The pool is the high light and the rooms and getting to the rooms are a disappointment. Hallways are very dark and not very appealing to the eye, but well maintained by the ground staff.

The level of repair in my particular room was very poor. A DIYer has gone crazy with a silicone gun and got it very very wrong. The front door does not fit correctly causing the thumbturn lock not to work. The bathroom requires a new toilet seat desperately; on the plus point breakfast was good and brrakfast staff always willing to help .

Overall: The front and pool does not reflect the rooms. "

" The rooms on the lower floors were not nice , they were too closed in which made you feel blocked inside with the fridge and kitchen outside exposed to the elements. Ended up on the 5th with a view which was better but smaller. Had to use a lift which had perspex sides which made the ride extremely hot. The gardens and pool were very nice though. "

" Taum resort was a fantastic place to stay. After some condition with the rooms we were upgraded for free as an apology which was really kind. The facilities are clean and beautiful and the staff are always happy and smiling and able to help you with anything.
We came on the honeymoon package and were given a. Romantic meal by the pool as part of this - they pulled out all the stops it was gorgeous.

The hotel offer tours around Bali to see the sights which we enjoyed, and they were the best value yours we saw after comparing external companiesz

Overall fantastic experiences
Would highly recommend this hotel, we were very sad to leave! "

" A pleasant environment and friendly staff.
It has been good value for money and we enjoy the location.
There is a great variety of food options a short walk away.
We have stayed here 3 times now over the last few years. It is probably time for a bit of a face lift but all in all it is still a very nice place to stay.
We also found the staff to be very helpful when in need if anything and a special mention to Umeri (I think?) On the front desk. She was very caring and a credit to the business. "

" Nicely Located close to many popular restaurants in Seminyak. Fairly priced. We stayed here 3 times already since 2012. First 2 stays were really good. Rooms have all the useful stuffs especially if you have babies/kids (mini kitchen and wash basin inside the room). Pool is always nice and clean, and quiet in the afternoon. However some rooms needs improvement based on our last stay in August 2017 - aircon needed servicing and there was strange smells in our room. However as we only stayed 1 night to catch the flight next morning we couldn’t be bothered to ask for another room. Will still recommend to friends coming to Bali. "

" Overall the resort is nice, it needs a little work on the maintenance side of things as its starting to look tired. the main pool area is really nice and the resort has a kid friendly feel to it. we stayed in the 3 Bedroom family room with its own pool. The downside to this room for us was that the master bedroom was down stairs. you had to exit outside to the pool and then enter the room via a sliding door. We were traveling with a 3 year old so having her sleep upstairs where we could not hear her should she wake up wasn't ideal. so we moved her bed down stair to our room. Apart from that we had an enjoyable stay and the Taum. "

" The location wasn't too far from Seminyak Square and the main attractions although it's a little difficult to walk to because there are hardly any sidewalks and a lot of motorbikes speeding past you, not to mention it's so hot you probably won't want to walk anyways. I would recommend getting a motorbike just to be safe. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The room itself seemed like it was poorly put together but that seems to be like the majority of hotels in south east asia. It was good for what it was worth. And the pool area was very nice. "

" This hotel/resort is 10years old.

Needs a serious maintenance or may be a renovation.

The advertisements only shows four to five pictures of outside area including pool.
(My advise to any future visitors is to ask for the pictures for the room they will allocate and then only go ahead and book)

Rooms are very old with holes in curtains, broken doors, faded bed sheets and very old towels and many millions things you will see. This place needs a serious maintenance or repairs in every point you see.

POOL IS GREAT !!!!

STAFF ARE VERY NICE,KIND AND HELPFUL !!!!

BREAKFAST IS GOOD !!!

Location is far from the real shopping malls and street markets so every time you go out you end up spending $20 a day return trip with blue bird cabs.

Menu they provide is very basic and ok. You can find good food outside the this hotel very easily.

Rooms are dark and dull with all old things around you.

Bathrooms have pretty old stuff inside with some broken fancy ladder with old shattered underneath wooden cupboards.

In nutshell.....

This hotel/resort is very basic place which charges a price of a new and well advance hotels which you can find in center of kuta.

I would definitely ask/request for current pictures of the room I book and ask for a 3star hotel price if I go to this place again in future.

" Located a little off the street, but you can manage to rent a motorcycle or car to go anywhere. It's near Biku Resto, Potato Head Beach Club and Woo Bar at W Hotel. The Duplex Room was super spacious and comfortable. It have 1 bed room, 2 bath rooms, a small kitchen, and a balcony. The Breakfast offering quite wide selections of food, and taste quite ok. And the swimming pool dan the tanning deck were superb.
The down sides are the limited parking space and super slow wifi connection. "

" We just spent a week here April 2016, rooms were very large, very clean, large bathroom with full size bath, large balcony with day bed, pool is a great size and plenty of lounge beds, we had breakfast everyday which was great, club sandwich and spring rolls were a great lunch by the pool, close to restaurants, 15 min walk into heart of Seminyak and the Beach or a $3 AUD cab ride, we plan to stay here again, good value for money, friendly staff, we had a Pure Bliss Massage which was a full body massage for 1 hour followed by a facial for 1 hour so all up 2 hours for $38 AUD, bargain!!!! Only suggestion would be that they put the TV on the wall, the TV is large but the bench is a bit low compared to the height of the king bed (which was very comfortable), we just lifted the TV up onto a large cushion and it worked a treat "
