" Great service! Short term or long term. Emails were answered promptly as we communicated our needs. Our luggage was kept dry, clean and safe. Even though the volcano eruption delayed our return by 3 days, we were not charged any extra; imagine that. Mark knew this was out of our control and didn't try to take advantage of us. He was pleasant, very helpful and he picked up our luggage in Kuta when we were leaving, early in the morning, and returned it after we got back to another hotel we were staying at; all included in the very reasonable price of storing our luggage. Highly recommended. "

" Mark is the man, if you are traveling to Bali and don't want the hassle of toting your surfboards around while you are on a vacation and don't need your surfboards. I was traveling with my girlfriend at the first part of my holiday was going to surf in after she left. Mark met me on time at the airport when I arrived. He stored my boards for two weeks and met me back at the airport for my surf trip on anther island. It could not have been easier and the price for storage was more than reasonable. I highly recommend using Bali Board Storage for stashing your surfboards. "

" I stored my baggage here and enjoyed a hassle free day in Kuta. Its just 10-15 min from airport. Only thing they need to improve is make it more reliable by giving receipt or something that ensures that nothing will be added or reduced from ur baggage. You know what I mean. Its death penalty for drug case in Indonesia. I trusted the guy though coz he looked good to me. "
