" Bad service, mold, leaking ceiling and broken swimming pool!
06 January 2018This ”hotel” is terrible! One star is too much for this place. We stayed here 5 days only because we couldn’t cancel our Reservation. In our first room AC was broken and noisy that we couldn’t sleep at all. We got out room changed for ”better” one, where the bathroom ceiling was full of mold, broken and leaking during heavy rain. It was also full of moldflies and really stinky. They clean the rooms only when asked early at mornings. Sheets were dirty and full of stains. TV didn’t work in any rooms and when we asked about it from the receptionist he answered ”it’s not my problem”. In the last 3 days swimming pool was almost empty and unusable. When we told to the worker she repeated what I said and started giggeling. They won’t repair anything there and still try to milk all the money from customers! "

" Nice place but reduced space, the rooms are 4ft from the pool. There is some personal that are not as friendly as the usually are in this area. You can order food to the room, good perk. In the description of the hotel they talk about BBQ facilities and security box that doesn't exist. I had to ask to clean my clean my room after 4 days, not so great either. "

" This hotel is in very bad shape. Everything would be so beautiful if it were clean. The sheets are dirty, the toilet leaky, the showerhead clogged and holes in the bath mat. Nobody seems to be working here. There was no room service and the reception was almost always closed.

" Bit of a let down to be honest. My mi goreng was packet noodles and frozen chicken, my partner had another dish with barely any chicken and totally raw veg swimming in sauce. Get what you pay for I guess "
