" Gorgeous villa and unbelievable service. Not to mention, the restaurant is above and beyond any other place we went to in Bali. Granted.. it’s about 3-5x the price, it’s totally worth it for a special night. The exec chef is a great chap as well.

The included breakfast is serving style with a menu catered to everyone and anyone.

" Beautiful location, great breakfast and superb service. Quite unique in a lot of ways, it's right by rice terraces (not the famous ones where tourists go), high on a hill that you can see Mt. Agung on a clear day, watch monkeys jump from tree to tree while having breakfast. Golf cart service to/from room, and shuttle to Ubud is super convenient. Beautiful room, warm pool is a very thoughtful idea. Very well maintained property overall, what we didn't like: (1) full marble floor in the room that made conditions slippery and unsafe (2) smell in the room, not sure if that was due to mold or cleaning detergent (3) concierge didn't seem knowledgeable about tourist attractions, or have a structured way to guide us on attractions nearby (4) ants in the room - granted it's Bali-wide issue but considering other 5 star hotels in the region has fixed this, it could be improved here as well. All that said,would highly recommend and go back again. "

" An absolutely stunning hotel. The accommodation was amazing, especially the high level of finishes and the villa was extremely spacious. The private pool was breathtaking with views of the forest. We even had a visit from a family of local monkeys. I thought the daily fresh fruit a lovely touch. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities. The massage was one of the best I have ever experienced. The restaurant offered numerous options that were delicious. The staff and managers were extremely professional, approachable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Viceroy for those wanting a zen holiday in paradise. "

" Stunning in everyway. The villas are beautiful, spacious and the moderate sized plunge pools are always warm. Food was amazing, only issue is the cost. Small local beers costs 60kIRP (when factoring in the service and tax) cocktails over 200k... Staff are truely wonderful we got lost and missed our pick up (we were meant to be joining another couple), the desk had already sent another car to come look for us when we called from a local bar a few minutes later. Its heaven on earth set within a valley of rainforest. "

They have private villas and suites with all have a private pools. They have Fitness center, Spa, Bar, Wheel chair access, Restaurant, Pool, Free Parking, Breakfast & wifi.......... List still continues.

If you are a married couple just go and feel the majestic ambiance and if you are a family man with children then also go for it to spend few days in Mesmerizing location.

They had a luxurious private dinner at the pool (you have to pre book that) and it is just AMAZING! ! Strongly recommend it for newlyweds and also for family stay. "

The service is excellent and the food is exquisite, from breakfast to dinner....everything we tried was great.

Having the jungle as a background for everything is amazing.
