" Been to Arc twice (2015, 2016). Have had fillers, botox and threads performed by Dr Chandra. Caring, friendly very professional, very experienced and will refuse to perform any procedures she believes you do not need. Arc is also spotlessly clean. Highly recommend. "

" Went in for the laser 360 treatment, came out with 2nd and 3rd degree burns to my face , please think twice before using this "establishment" I'm currently returning back to France for proper medical treatment , I will never use these people again. Feel free to email me I can send you pics of my face and the damage they did, after I contacted management I was threatened and I do have family I Bali so was told not to put pics of my face on the net of the damage they did. Or my family would suffer in Bali, Please, please be careful. "

" Warning about dishonest staff at ARC Beauty Clinic in Bali on Sunset Road. We went their today for some beauty therapy and was taken into a room with a nurse. In the room I placed my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge on the desk. I left it behind and realised about 15 minutes later. I called back to ARC and the staff said they checked the room and couldn't locate it. After coming back the CCTV was viewed with the manager and it showed the mobile phone was taken into the room and was not taken out. The phone was turned off by the time we went back to the clinic. The manager asked us to leave while she conducted her own investigation as the CCTV shows only the nurse had entered the room after we left. The manager claims she did a body pat down of the nurse and a bag search but can't explain where the phone has gone. We need to do a police report tomorrow for insurance and the manager was not happy for us to report it. We won't ever be going back and feel very upset losing a $1000 phone and with no explanation from ARC about where it has gone! "

" Been coming here for a long time. Always friendly staff however last time used botox cost $250 aud after promo discount and had laser resurfacing for face $280 aud after promo. Neither treatments had any effect.

" My husband and I fly to Bali from Perth at least twice a year. And ARC Clinics would be the highlight of our trips. Our regular treatments are Botox and Fillers and the last couple of times had these procedures with Dr. Ivanna. She's an absolute delight and very professional. My husband will occasionally have hGH treatments which I can safely say boosts his stamina!
