Pulo Batee can be reached from Banda Aceh the capital of Province of Aceh.
There are daily flights from Jakarta and Medan to Banda Aceh provided by Garuda Indonesia, Lion Air and Sriwijaya Air.
Air Asia is also flies from Kuala Lumpur to Banda Aceh.
From Medan there are two private bus company that travel to Banda Aceh in the evening. The travel time is about eight hours, Please see the Kurnia and Pelangi bus company for further details.
The Boat leaves Banda Aceh to Pulo Batee from the sea port Ulee Lheue.
There is no public transport to Pulo Batee. A small motor boat is available for rent from Ulee Lheue. To ensure the availability please book this in advance. The fare available is return only but the return time is flexible on request.
Since Pulo Batee is not habitat all visitors need to take their own food and drink and other utility that is required during the time of stay.
