" Prayers are with Freddie who was receiving a second round of intense medical attention for a nagging illness! The location is outstanding, overlooking crystal clear water, and even on hots days there is a cool sea breeze. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, water is hot, wifi is strong, and the food is delicious. His staff are also deserving of praise because they work hard too, and can help you book tours, get ferry tickets, arrange transportation, and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Well done, Freddie and crew! "

" Its amazing to see Freddy put on a dinner buffet. He will greet each table of guests with a bit of chit chat. Then.....drum roll......Freddy announces his dishes on the buffet. Its always different and interesting Dinner is a starter dish, a fruit drink. Then go to the buffet table, it is fantastic. Come hungry. Leave happy. Until the breakfast buffet the next day, fuel up for a day of fun. "

" Freddie's is absolutely incredible! Great prices, the most intriguing and sweet owner, empowering the local people but catering to Western desires (simple still, but yes they have hot water, and they provide toilet paper and shampoo packs). Also the food is wonderful and the beach lovely. "

" I think Freddies has the best location in the entire island of Weh. It is located on the best beach in the island, which is Sumur Tiga Beach. As it's name 'Freddies Santai' (santai means relax), it has relax and soothing atmosphere. All rooms have sea view, and the restaurant also.
19 June 2017Although the rooms have no air-con, you still can get sea breeze everytime you open the window. The in-room amenities is quite complete. They provides towel, refrigerator, water heater, drinking water, hammock, even an umbrella and a prayer mat!
The food in the restaurant is also good and affordable. Best place for hangout with your friends, or just having your time alone while reading books. The staffs are nice, and will be happy to help us. "

" Freddies is quiet & peaceful beach, clean water, western & indonesian foods. Nice sunrise view point. Room had fan, no AC. The only place has Bintang (beer) in town ^^. The owner is friendly and the staff is helpful. You should be here. It takes 25,000 RP/person from the ferry. "
