Please response customer request soon as possible. Till I left, my request haven't done at all. I was request to fix the light and AC, also i asked for shower cap & cotton bud that took ages to fulfill.

comfy place. helpful staff. its just the road to the hotel that is a bit dark and kinda terrifying at night. feeling unsafe walking back to hotel even when youre not alone

Good Location. It's not brand new hotel. If the FAVE Hotel Wahid Hasyim can maintain the cleanest, if always keep the hotel area clean, it may the same as other fave hotel chain - clean - bright.
I like the room, spacious. Industrial design. But some light don't work properly. The management must check the light. There is 2 separate building. On the 1st building, the employee can help us. But, in the 2nd building No One help us. The key access must be repaired and we have to go to the 1st building for clear the key access problem of their lift.

We had a double room with breakfast for 550k. The room was big and clean. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast is amazing with a big buffet! We try to get back to this place.

Room dirty and AC and phone not working to report AC not working. Went down to desk to tell them and was assigned a new room. Room was dirty and shower had black mold in it. Immediately vacated the property and Went down the street to the Holiday inn Express. Not a huge price difference but a complete turn around in quality and service. Will never use Favehotel again if this is indicative of their properties.

It stands for budget hotel but somehow it quite expensive compare to the facilities offered. The parking lot is not sufficient. There are so many budget hotel in Jakarta and they could loose clients if failed to making necesssary improvements.

Good location, good services, good bed. Internet connection in my room was poor. I must open my door for better connection. Bath towel looks like 'old'. Cleanliness in front of lift must be managed.

Nice place and nice rooms for few nights. Employee very gentle.
It's a budget hotel, if you want more you must pay but the price are economic anyway

Great Location in center of city close to National Monument , so easy to get your bearings without technology . Nice and Quiet , good value , no complaints .... one suggestion I would give to all hotels in Indonesia is to provide a good quality photocopy map of the location in context ....finding a map is next to impossible .

Needs alot of work on customer service and they need to have control over there hotel .... i didnt have sleep for two days because kids where playing out side my door banging the door , if i sleep in the street its better , and when u call the front desk they do nothing about it ,when u ask for the manager or anyone to speak to he is not there any ways worest hotel i ever stayed in

Not super clean, but okay, will be great without the baby cockroaches.
There is no securties or someone who help opened the door upon arrival. Breakfast is standard, but the sweet an sour fish was delicious.
Good security because the elevator only works with the room key card.

I stayed two nights and was horribly disappointed.
The rooms are clean and OK, but sheets has holes and stains. Shower head semi broken.
Wifi in my room was wonky at best. Sometimes it just didn't work.
I tried to use the laundry service. First I noticed they missed a sock when they collected it from the laundry box, so I had to go to the lobby myself with it. Next, the laundry sheet stated the laundry were going to be ready by 6 pm the next day. By 7 pm I called, but the laundry were nowhere to be seen. Then ranged a bunch of different answers to when I would get them (10pm, 11pm, 10am the next day). As I had an appointment that night, none of this really mattered, they messed up my night.
Room service is generally slow. I called to borrow a hair dryer and was told it was going to be sent straight away. 20 minutes later I called again, and 5 minutes later I got it.
My first day there was a plate of half eaten food in the hallway on my floor. I thought someone just forgot it, but 6 hours later it was still left.
The restaurant service is not exactly stellar neither. They hardly greet you when you go in, you specifically need to ask for a menu, sometimes I saw both the employees go into the kitchen to hang out. First day I went to eat with a friend her rice was dried up and her chicken was the chewiest chicken I've tasted. We complained but the waitress just said sorry and didn't do anything else.
I only tried one dish, because I liked it and I didn't want to get unlucky with something like my friends. Fried noodles that are really good, but the size of the portions are.. inconsistent. Sometimes you get half of what you did the last time.
If you order water you get it in a plastic bottle, no glass.
The restaurant didn't let me put the bill on my room, I don't know why.
I didn't get any compensation and had to pay full price for the laundry at checkout, with no mention of the incident.
For the microwave-grade food my friend got we got the suggestion that we didn't have to pay for her tea? Even though we complained long before finished eating.
I can't compare this to other hotels in Jakarta, I know this is a budget hotel but some standards are just common sense.
Will never stay at a favehotel again

Nothing... you get what you pay. Excellent wifi. Walking distance to Sarinah Mall and Tanah Abang shopping complex

Located in the central of Jakarta, very strategic location. Near Sarinah, Tanah Abang, and main protocol street in Jakarta. Avoid staying in the room side-by-side with road, so noisy.

ruangan sempit, kotor, AC bocor ...berusaha jika disini jangan di lantai 1, karena kotor banget bahkan di lorong-lorong. cuman menang lokasi yg di tengah jakarta.

Layanan front office nilai 6 ( skala 10). Lokasi strategis bagi yg suka belanja di grosir Tanah abang. Ruangan Nilai 8, Kebersihan 8, makanan 6. Harga 8.

Sarapannya parah, menu & rasa minimalis banget. Waktu booking minta no smoking room, katanya ada. Ternyata dikasihnya smoking room tanpa diberitahu sebelumnya. Masuk kamar tercium aroma asap rokok yg "kuat", mereka baru mau mengaku kalau non smoking roomnya habis setelah dikomplain.
Pelayanan kurang ramah dan lambat.
Rate 780rb deluxe room ga worthed.

Please check your door locked, especially toilet door cant be locked, warm water at shower cant reach hot, only cold, and breakfast use voucher suddently for each day but yesterday they do not use it.
Well, it must be improved the service and trust for customers.
But, fortunately, a week after, mas Yuri, their representative already follow up and solve the problem.
This will be a good hotels next time 👍👍👍
Thank you

A clean, modern, mostly comfortable hotel in central Jakarta. It's about 1/2 between the Gambir train station/US embassy and the upscale malls of Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia.
It took me 11 minutes to walk from the Hotel to Plaza Indonesia at a fairly quick pace. From the north I walked their from Gambir train station but didn't look at my watch.
Pros
The hotel was clean and new looking.
It had several "international" electrical outlets allowing you to charge your gadgets with chargers from multiple countries.
The bed was comfier than average in this price range.
Cons
I stayed here 3 nights but changed rooms 3x. The first time because the air con stopped working completely. I'd give the front desk a 5/10 in their response. It happened at about 1:00 am and of course I had to walk downstairs go outside to the other building. I'm tired and want to sleep. I demanded (a fit firm) a new room; with lots of hotel experience I knew they'd want to see if they could get their ac working first but I was tired. They sent a engineer up with me to check the ac and I was happy that he also brought a key to a new room so that in the case I was correct and the ac wasn't working we wouldn't have to go all the way back downstairs, across the street and up and back again. It's already a pain in the middle of the night when you have to transfer your stuff/reset up the new room.
Second room wasn't too bad but the shower drain didn't drain so I changed for the second night in the morning. I was moved to the top floor which was a bad deal as it was quite noisy all night I THINK (not sure) from a water pump on the roof? A whinning sound for 10 seconds or so every 2 minutes or so. For what its worth that sound was not an issue on the 8th floor.
Moved to the 2nd floor the 3rd night and that was pretty good.
AC got the room down to 77F (measured with removed Suunto watch), shower was good, mostly quiet.
Sorry long write up there for some very "fixable" issues - would have definitely given it 4 stars had I happen to get my 4th room first! :)
2 random issues:
Though no one was inline in front of me, it took an unusually long time to check in. 13 1/2 minutes! Worker seemed to be trying and frustrated with the system. I thought it might have been an anomaly but when I came back a few days later it was the same thing with another employee. FWIW that's enough time for the average hotel to check me in and then for me to walk from there to Plaza Indonesia!
Elevators/stairs
I miss stairs just so you know where I'm coming from. I'd rather get a bit of exercise than push a button, wait around for a while for an elevator to come. It has 2 but one was broken making the wait sometimes painfully slow.
Especially when on the 2nd floor I would have loved to have had the option of walking up the stairs in 30 seconds as opposed to waiting 5 minutes the lazy box to bring me slowly! But usually the door was locked inside the stairwell and so I'd have to go back down and wait for the elevator anyways. (Which probably hadn't come yet! :))

i stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks last year and, gosh, so much had changed. it used to be good, which was why i returned. but the 2nd time around, i found the room infested with cockroaches and ants -- on the table and (particularly scary) on the headboard. too bad google wouldnt allow me to post pic of one cockroach i stepped on next to the bed.
the only thing good is the reliable wifi connection and the staff at the cafe who were always nice, polite and accommodating.
