Ballroom's huge. It could contain a big number of visitor. However, the choice of meal for the coffee break was limited. There were only 3 choices of meal with tea and coffee.
When having lunch, surprisingly, there are a lot of variations there. They served a pan of pizza too. But since there were a lot of people there, i couldn't tasted every food. For the taste, i give the score 3.5 out of 5.

I was attend training at favehotel PGC Cililitan, facilities at meeting room was good, coffee break was delicious, also the food was good taste. Overall, i has enjoyed and love to attend meeting on there.

I came there for Cluster Meeting. The meeting room is spacious. The food that they served was very tasty, so many food choices you could try. Other good thing is the location. Love it!

This hotel is the pleasute place for vocation and shopping becouse tis hotel fused with pgc grosir of clothing, shoes and handphone.

Actually its quite nice..the room its not too spacious but the bed is comfortable,easy to find foods,easy access..

This hotel is good for me with a complete services, even I got a lil bit problem there especially when I've been charged with them for the room (previously I haven't charged anything) but overall this place is good to stay. Besides that, its really close with the mall and easy to get there with public transportation.

Outside of the hotel is too crowded. The hallway of the hotel is bad. The room is ok n clean, the good things are the restaurant n its vicinity to halim airport. Only stay here when i have to

Overall is fully recommended, but for breakfast the hotel officer was very strict get us extra pay for addition adult. On next day, most of people has not time for breakfast. We order 7 rooms for a big families.

strategic location near foodcourt, room design excellent; but less concierge & elevator not user friendly, parking area merged with shopping mall, traditional breakfast.

A bit pricey for this kind of accomodation. Room is small but quite neat and tidy. The main benefit is the strategic location which close to pgc.

Okay, let's get to it.
Room were outdated with such confusing and super ugly layout.. the premiere room where I take on right now, have this small living room( if you say so) and a small bedroom. For 45m2, it's not as big as I thought it will be.. and it give you two flat TV! With 26" wide.. okay, the room we're small, but it doesn't mean okay to put small TV to it. 32" is the standard!!! Standard!!!. Even my 16sqm rent room(kost2an) give me 42" flat TV.
It's dirty.. yes.. the room were dirty, it lack of maintenance so bad, and the ceiling were so low... which make the noisy indoor unit get even louder. While the bathroom have a bath tub, somehow I cannot make it full for me to take a bath, forcing me to use the standing shower instead. While it may seems unimportant, the only tissue I can get in this room is the toilet tissue.. which is stupid, how expensive a facial tissue would, it's for you guest face, you expect your guest wipe their face with toilet tissue????
NO OUTSIDE WIEW WINDOW!
actually there is a window that show you the walk Alley to your room which is stupid. Why the hell you need window with that kind of view.. the door peephole will do it for you just enough, just replace the window with a real wall for more privacy and safety.
This hotel have only 6 rooms with outside view window, so you may want to pick your room carefully..
Food.. hmm..
Well the toast bread I made for my self were great, no butter at all boy... Just margarine... Just margarine.
The other food... Well.. the automatic nescafe coffee machine did it's job very well..
The food.. oooow the food, almost forgot about it.... Hmm.. actually let's just forget the food.
This is the first time I stay at favehotel branch, while it stands with ASTON name behind it, I suggest you stay at the real Aston hotel.. not this crappy one.
Looking for budget hotel? Just stay out of this one.
If not because I stay here for free I'm not gonna stay here. Not at all.

I add another 2 stars ( goes up to 3stars from 1stars) for the reply from the hotel management. Sorry for the bad review though, but what I wrote about your place were based on my real personal experience, no offense and didn't meant to put your place down.
I always said the truth in my reviews, just check my other review to prove it

An affordable hotel recommended for a short time of stay.
Shuttle bus to airport available every 30 minutes from 3 am to 8 pm

as my experience stay in many hotel, fave hotel is very good but need more choice in food not only Indonesia food because stay in the hotel not only from Indonesia every time in Jakarta always stay in favehotel

I appreciate for the fave hotel cares. Fave hotel look like a transit hotel I think. Good hospitality, but need to check the air conditioner, cause noisy. But not a big deal. Thank you fave hotel. GOD bless the crew and management.
