Very disappointed service ever and not commit to their branding quality. I dropped my ipod since Dec 2017 to be fixed and they say they will try their best to get the spare part and today when I call them back to ask the progress update they told me that my ipod is gone they cant find it and each time i called them the staff always confirming that thyre still looking for the spare part this is all BS!

Layanan yang buruk sekali.
1. Macbook pro saya mati total, karena ketumpahan kopi.
2. Dijemput oleh kurir bernama Handoko tanggal 3 Agustus 2017.
3. lalu saya diinformasikan kerusakannya tanggal 21 Agustus 2017 (nomor servis: 10595), waktu itu: musti ganti IC Power 2.3juta.
4. Saya langsung menyetujui untuk diganti ic powernya. Setelah itu, tidak ada kabar apapun.
5. Tanggal 26 Oktober 2017 saya hubungi lagi, ternyata ada lagi yang perlu diganti, yaitu keyboard 850ribu. Saya juga langsung setuju, walaupun sambil kesel: kenapa mereka tidak segera hubungi saya untuk persetujuan.
6. Setelah ok, mereka akan mengerjakannya. Saya kontek lagi tanggal 1,3 dan 17 Nopember 2017, dijawabnya: sudah diganti dan dicek dulu.
7. Sampai tanggal 15 Maret 2018, saya TIDAK MENDAPAT KABAR APAPUN DARI ZAPPLEREPAIR.
8. Hingga akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk membatalkan servis di zapplerepair (sangat tidak profesional, sejak 2 Agustus 2017 hingga 15 Maret 2018 urusan servis begini tidak selesai-selesai).
9. Mereka meminta biaya cek = 100ribu dan biaya antar 50Ribu.
10. SAYA SETUJU dan beritahu mereka untuk tidak menukar2 spareparts saya yang bagus. Saya hubungi lagi tanggal 17, 27, 28, 29, 30 Maret 2018. Masih juga belum diantar ke alamat saya.
11. Sekarang tanggal 31 Maret 2018, mereka janji mau antar, hingga pukul 10:40 pagi belum juga datang kurirnya. Saya hubungi mereka lagi, jika hari ini tidak diantar, akan saya tulis komplen di medsos dan YLKI. Maksudnya apa sih, usaha servis seperti ini? Sangat tidak profesional dan mengesalkan.

I brought ipad 4 to the official apple service. because ipad 4 buy in singapore so can't be repair in apple jakarta. So I take it to zapplerepair. At a time there somewhat hesitant because the review is not good.
But after the dialogue with CS it turns out because a little technician so the queue service. After 10 days the ipad can work again. And there is 1 month warranty for each spare part. The chat response in WA is usually answered in the afternoon.

Very disappointed with the service quality. Already placed my macbook pro from 14 Feb 18, but today when I want to pick my macbook which was informed “ready” a few days back by the CS, turns out that it is still not yet fixed. Bad attitude from the technician and bad communication from CS to the technician. No clear analysis on what is broken from the first day it goes to zapplerepair. Cleaning water damage on initial analysis. Then it is said that ic power logic is broken. Then CS said it is shipped to SG which turns out to be false. Not yet shipped to SG. Then they said that the failure is on the cable disk. Which is not solving the problem afterall. So now I need to wait for two or maybe more weeks for my macbook to be shipped to SG. Disappointing as now I don’t know whether zapplerepair can fix my macbook or not. If zapplerepair owner read this, perhaps he can consider additional technician for macbook. As the technician gruntled that he is stressed to go back and forth jakarta bandung for zapplerepair. I guess that’s one of the reason why my macbook miss from the attention to be repaired in the first place.
Actually I don’t like giving bad reviews and publish my feeling. Unfortunately I don’t see another option as a customer. I am just hoping that my macbook can be fixed ASAP so that I can delete this review.
