Poor massage quality and inattentive staff. I saw the glowing positive reviews AFTER my visit. I totally disagree with these positive reviews, and because my experience was so bad, I’m suspicious that they are real reviews.

Udh booked masih harus nunggu 20mnt an... Therapist yg di dapat ga stabil tenaga waktu treatment reflexology lama kelamaan jadi ga bertenaga. Request agak sedikit keras malah di kenceng in banget. Area pas foot bath basah ga di bersih kan dulu. Chair nya udh layak ganti. Beda bgt pelayanan nya dengan zen yg di bandung waktu coba pertama kali. Sangat2 mengecewakan. No stars for sure and definitely not coming here again!

The place for pampering yourself with nice ambience and staff that will help you. Good service and place, quite place, please turn off your mobile if you do the treatment. Very reasonable and recommended.

I regularly go to Zen for full body massage. For me, it’s the best spa in town (and Bandung). The masseurs are very professional. Excellent massage. Their rooms are full of tranquility with soft traditional music. Always feel refreshed and rejuvenated leaving this place.

Good place for full body massage. It's very relaxing, I usually fell asleep during 90 mins course. I took the Balinese spa with Jasmine oil. The head and face massage at the end of the session was really good.

I chose Balinese Relaxing Body Massage. 239rb/90min. A bit pricey but worth it. Especially for pressure lovers. Usually, they’re fully booked on weekends. Even if you book, you will need to wait at least 20min. This is my experience.

The best spa in Jakarta in my opinion. The serve many option of massage, serve high quality massagers. Try Boreh Massage, and thank me later. I recommend you to make an appointment first, because this place is always high demand. Highly recommended!!! :)))

60 minutes of bali body massage cost RP205,000. Very pleasant experience. There are not much crowd when we reach at 630pm on a Tuesday.

Their reflexiology is very nice and cheap especially their 100 min package. Try male theraphist since they got more stable power. But their balinese massage is so so.

Of all Family Spa places I've been to, Zen has the best masseuse with affordable price that won't hurt your pocket. You may need to make reservation 1-2 prior days before your upcoming visit on weekend, no reservation needed on weekday though (however it won't hurt giving them a call just to make sure you have your schedule there)

Nice but not outstanding. Massage and reflexology are absolutely okay. Actually up to par with what a dozen or so places in the same street deliver as well. The ambience is rather nice. 3 1/2 stars.
