Clean room. Quite small room but still comfortable. Staff are friendly. Easy car parking. There is restaurant at GF and 5 star reflexy. There is karaoke & bar in this building.

3 star hotel with the luxury and accommodations of a 5 star. You will fall in love with the room if you are a couple

Good location , lobby at level 3. A bit hard to find parking lot if it's busy timing, but valet is always available.

Decent rooms for a small family or two people. Several floor tiles are cracked and discolored but the floor is quite clean overall. It'd be better if the room came with a shoe rack so that the guests can place their dirty shoes inside it. Shower room & toilet are decently equipped and somewhat luxurious, if one could ignore the discolored tiles. Room services & staff hospitality are definitely top rate. But most importantly, the bed is one of the best beds that I've ever slept in.

staffs were so kind, we were allowed to check-in early. Reasonable price and many variant of breakfasts. Room was clean and cozy, but was not soundproof. I could hear a couple fight in front of my room at the midnight😞. They have pool and you can enjoy your breakfast beside the pool. In the 2nd night, they were being late to gave me the new towel. I had to call the receptionist so many times to got the new towel.

Easy to access as kelapa gading is very jammed nowadays.. good reflexion and tradiitional massage in Five Star Massage and Reflexiology

Not yet perfect services. BathSoap didn't check regulerly. It was empty while using bathrooms. MY ROOMS sewer didnt function properly. Water waste flows until under the bed. QUITE ANNOYING 😣😣😣

The place is good, comfort, and enjoyable. Good place for a rest. The room not too big, but suit for a one-two people. There's also a pool if you want to swim. Lol

A hotel which is has everything from entertainment,dining,bar,live bands in 2 different enviroment (open by-the-pool or indoor) 👍👍for the 2 in-hse-bands ,also a spa (R&R), in hse bakery n more... to know more ..uve goto check in urself n explore to believe....*recomended*. (Even the staff (friendly)from the moment u make ur way to d enterance . Security is good 👮...ull b scan before entering...keep up the good work..👍👌

Hello, the place is pretty good and cheap. The service is not bad, the receptions they did a great job. One of the biggest shopping malls in jakarta is just across the street 5 mins walk. There are few downsides however. Some room have no windows and also sometimes the breakfast are not very well-cooked, and I noticed some waitresses were lazy and sported that poker face most of the time. They need to smile more. And also if you bring your car, you'll have to pay Rp20,000/night ($16) for the parking. Overall, good stay.

The hotel is clean, quite fast check in, clean room & the room is not too big but not too small. This place also have a bar. massage & reflexy for you to relax.
