the mechanics seem to be quite good, but they need to be friendlier with customers and need more coordination (a lot). the service quite expensive. the waiting room and the toilet are dirty.

2. Good product information (price and quality)
Need improvement:
1. Time : 2 hours for changing pairs of tyres
2. Waiting rooms dirty
3. Rest room dirty
4. Mouse (tikus) around the tyres warehouse
