This hospital is getting worse. This is very different than the hospital 5 or 7 years ago. The service not optimal enough. As I walking around the hospital, I think they have to increase the cleanliness around.

A lot of space for improvement, the quality of the front office staff, the administration staff, punctuality of the doctors & cleanliness. The new BPJS Center helps a lot.

Once a good, rather luxury hospital. Now the service and facilities are degraded. rats and roaches everywhere. scrapped walls, dirty toilets. I have been a loyal customer for this hospital for more than 10 years but now I have to find another hospital. I am so disappointed

Service? Degraded. When I'm approaching the counter and give greetings, the nurse aren't even say anything. Just staring at me waiting for me to put the papers on the table. They didn't check me for weight, height, and blood pressure. But one quality that hasn't been compromised, their doctors. Good competency and informative. The pharmacy staff are quite lacking as well, still not sure while explaining the instruction.

Easy to access, for BPJS user please arrive before 6 am. Just in case...
