I wanted to give 2 stars, since the waiting time was very short in the morning, but here is why it is just 1:
My apointment was at 9, I was the first person, but the doctor came 30 min late to work. His english was not good.
I could not hear with my right ear and told him about it, and the course of my illness. He looked in both of my ears and told me nothing is wrong with my ears. Then cleaned my ear and that was all.
So basicly a complete useless time and money using experience.

Would like to rate 5 stars for the ER service. I used BPJS for the ER service and had no problem at all in getting the required medical services. The nurses were nice and prompt. The doctor who handled my mom was also really nice, knowledgeable, good in explaining the condition of my mom and gave a helpful recommendation for my mom's pain. Thank you Siloam Hospital Kebon Jeruk! Keep up the good service :)

Not related to the owner, nor the doctors. Had to get THAT out of the way... The emergency room had the most knowledgeable young doctors in Jakarta. Amazed me (a serious health freak) in multiple instances by their ability to diagnose correctly what I or a family member was suffering from. The bad news is, the ER is now almost always packed, I'm guessing due to some change governmental policies which directly affected hospitals and their ER's but I'm prolly wrong.
Visited Dr. Paulus Linardi & Dr Priska Tallulembang on different occassions ( Also had good experiences ). They are up to speed with current medical issues, and they listen to your "STORY" well, before deciding what is or isn't pertinent for them to make a diagnosis.
Hence the 5 stars. Pricing wise I also think that Siloam is very reasonable. You are also free to take your prescription and get your meds at any other pharmacy if you choose to .
Wishing ALL OF US GOOD HEALTH. BODY, MIND, AND SOUL. Amen!

Took my son to see Dr Sebastian (paediatrician) and dr Andrian (GP) and very pleased with the whole process, from registration to payment to pharmacy.
We made appointment to see Dr Sebastian and although we came 30mins early, we were called in quite quickly. With Dr Andrian , we were walk-in so there was a bit of a wait but nothing ridiculous.
Read lots of complaints about this hospital on the review and witnessed a few on site frustrations too- I think it’s worth doing some research on the hospital first before coming here- eg: calling ahead to make appointment or to check if your preferred doctor is in. It’s not the hospital staff’s faults if the doctors are fully booked or they don’t happen to practice there at the time.
Only note tho- pay for parking before you start getting out. Bit of a bottleneck at exit as some cars didn’t know they can’t pay at the exit.

Nice staff but the owners and management dont really care about their staff or patients! Siloam only care about how much money they can make and nothing else!! Shame on them! They must be reported to the media and the authorities so they will actually do something about it!!! Siloam is a scam!!

Unfriendly staff (especially that trainee reception at third floor) I even still remember that sucks reception face. Dirty rest room and They still using manual system which is wasting my time.
Prefer go to rspi puri, their staff wayyyyy too friendly and helpful than this old hospital.
