They have renovated the store. It became more modern and very appealing to the eye. Great store to go and explore their products and even purchasing them

The sales people know Samsung phone is a dead brand. They expect you to just come in and buy with minimal explanation or read the features yourself mentality.

Staffs were not knowledgeable. I lost my default fast charger for Note8 and wanted to buy a new fast charger for replacement. What I wanted is the exact same thing but in the end I was given a different one which is 25Watts. Still works, but more expensive than I should've bought. I've already asked one staff who served me to confirm with others, the other staff confirmed the default charger is the 25Watts charger with full confidence. After I paid for it all, I just knew that the adapter is actually way bigger than the one I wanted. But hey, I paid it already. I said to the staff that it wasn't the charger that I wanted but he said and insisted that it's the same. It can obviously be concluded that staffs didn't know the exact spec for default basic charger for Note8 (the one that was given out of the box). Additionally, I came at 10.20 AM, and the staffs were not entirely ready.

The staffs here were rude and not reliable.
Last week I bought a new phone for my Mom. The staffs weren’t even capable to put the screen guard on the phone and gave up after two failed attempts (two annoyed, rude different staffs) without further explanation. One of the staff returned the money and rudely asked me to do it in another store (NOT SAMSUNG STORE).
Samsung is a good brand of smartphone. In terms of phone performances, I’m quite satisfied but, when it comes to Samsung care, staffs on the store and services in Jakarta, Indonesia, I’m always dissapointed. For me the store staff (the one in charge of selling) here is only care to sell the product and once I have made the payment, the staff try to avoid me and busy trying to do something.
I was so infuriated and really disgusted with this experience. I really hope Samsung step up and change their services towards customer. It’s sad to lose customers because ypur staffs are not capable enough or because of their bad attitudes. I really hope to see some changes in this store.

The place design are modern. They sold their phone, tablet and accesories. The staff are good and known their product. It's a good place.
