Good Gym. Small but very rarely do you have to wait. Complete free weight (including squat racks, dead lift area, and benches), various machines, elliptical, treadmill and cycling selection. Has aerobic/boxing area and basketball court on the roof. Nice upstairs lounge area with big couches and a restaurant. Clean, air-conditioned and well-maintained. Mostly friendly employees. Reasonably priced and they accepted cash up-front (unlike the much more expensive Fitness First who required a atm or credit card and continued to bill me even after my term was over and I was away from Jakarta). Only negative: they play a lot of gangster rap music that glorifies drug-use, violence, racism and intimidation (I'm not sure they understand how vile these lyrics are, but this probably helps keep it from being crowded). Despite the sometime horrible music, they're still the best all-around gym for me in South Jakarta.

Rai fitnes tu satu satunya gym di indonesia yg buka 24jam,tempatnya asik,alatnya oke2.restonya jga manteb,apa lg res areal parkirnya gak ngecewakan,tempat parkir yg luas.keamananya terjamin,valet parking ,ramah2 pokonya oke dah klo gak daftar rugi .
