Pendaftaran dan ketemu dokter berjalan dgn cepat. Tapi pas mau ambil obat, ya ampun 1jam juga blm dapat. Hrs nungu obat selesai, giliran obat selesai, antri buat ambil obat. Karna cm 1 pegawai saja yg bertugas memberikan obat. Padahal kasirnya 3, napa petugas yg memberikan obat cuma 1? Semoga bs menjadi masukan ke rs nya.

My experience in operation in mitra keluarga, dr. Troy Dimas panjaitan is a very kind and good doctor for me. The hospital is clean, nurses are some so kind.

Make a reservation at 3 pm day before but once I arrive doctor doesnt exist and nurse cant contact to him. 1 hour later nurse may contact with him and told to other patient/visitor that doctor will come at 6 pm cause he have something to do in other hospital.
Strongly not suggest to make reservation with Orthopedic senior specialist.
Cant expect any commitment even they cant keep working hour.

It is near where I live, so sometimes when I need to visit a doctor for persistent sickness (when generic/over the counter medicine doesn't work anymore), I come here. Overall good, but don't expect a cheap price though, lol..

Some nurses and doctor always smile. But the service isn't good enough. No explanation about what should we do, detail about prescription (inc side effect and dosage). For queuing system is great, but no sign or explanation by nurse first time visitor.
Actually I'm not satisfy, but some aspects like free prescription delivery make me add one more star.

Cannot diagnose any disease how are theu going to treat the patient. The emergency department male nurses are a joke

It's close enough to where I live. It's a high-end hospital, good service, a lot of different doctors and treatments, equipped with the latest technology. You get what you paid for.

good doctor good facility but the nurse are very bad.they have bad attitude and bad hand over between one another.this is the first time i stay in mitra hospital.simple things.we(me and my son) stay in the room wiches close with the nurse station.they are to loud when they talk or laugh.my simple order is to close the door everytime they enter the room,but always end up with the door open.after a while i was complain to nurse..some just say yes but they do the same thing.the other one just walk away without listen of my complain.and the worst one of them even close the door hard like they were angry.am i wrong to ask them to close the door.?and some of the nurse didnt ask for my signature while they gave medicine.that because i go to the counter and ask about it..and they read the report and said.."ok we can give it now.where is the medicine...?thatus the funny things.why they dont do handover.the medicine is all in the nurse station.should little more training for the nurse attitude.

Good hospital. Very crowded. But the staff and nurses always greet with smile. Very friendly nurses and dr which give us comfort. Its a little bit pricey cos I just dont have insurance. Done endoscopy there. They give you full anestetics so no pain at all. Overall happy patient and customer.
