One of the best hospital in Jakarta for all ENT doctors and equipment. Altough it was an old hospital but inside it had been gone thru a lot of upgrades from the inside out. The only warning is parking lot is very limited but two building before that they have an empty lot for hospital patients to park.

On july 30th, I came at 10.50 pm, there was no other patient at that time, but I had to wait for about 1 hr until 11.50 pm, the staff told me that the doctor was having a visit to inpatient rooms in the backside of the hospital.. are u sure u have a midnite visit..? and when the doctor came, he was from the frontside of the hospital and with the bag+all gadgets he took, he looked like to just arrive to the hospital instead of to come from inpatient rooms.. another disappointing moment was when I knew that the doctor is a general practitioner, not a ENT specialist.. ---_____--- if I knew from the beginning, I would go to general hospital that has a standby doctor as they do not really need a specialist to handle its patient..

It seems they still struggling to keep up with the time, they implemented information system for queuing but our documents still delivered to lockets manually. It's a very small hospital; their corridors narrow and warm; not so many chairs available for waiting. But facility-wise, this place has it good. They have sleep apnea centre and many more. Their doctors are competent and qualified.

The hospital is finally embracing to technology with its queue management process, although sometimes the nurses still yells the name of patient. The ENT hospital has some of the best and experienced doctors, but their ENT examination chair looks as old as Lion King the movie. But, the hospital does have pretty complete facilities and clinics, such as sleeping and snoring clinic, and qualified doctors and staff behind it.

Saya waktu berobat di RS THT sini hari kamis , melihat tempatnya rapih dan awalnya pelayanannya bagus, tapi kok pas terakhir ada yang aneh, cuman di tanya sebentar aja terus nggak di kasih obat apa", setelah itu masih berdengung telinga kiri gue, karna udah bayar mahal sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan dokternya namanya DR.Nuswanto , saya sudah bayar 615rb tapi masih berdengung, trus apa yang di obatin, bagi saya seorang mahasiswa memang uang segitu sangat berarti. Intinya kecewa dengan pelayanannya, saya pun tanya kesana mau minta tolong kenapa masih sakit dan harus bayar lagi, saya udah gak ada biaya lagi.
