Not recomended.. the star said it all.. very bad service, all the staff were disrespectful, rude (nurses, doctors in the ER, administration staff).. slow respond towards anything.. honestly the best part about this place is the nice security guards

It is extremely difficult to contact this hospital via phone number listed. The phone system does not work well and it keeps disconnecting. When it did connect, no one is ready to answer, including their so called 24-hours operator. They have Whatsapp number but with a very slow response. And I’m talking about their Heritage clinic, which supposed to be premium. A very disappointing experience.

I tried to call the contact number and need to speak with ENT (THT) clinic but its so hard. I finally got connected to the ER AND THEY WOULDN'T HELP. instead they hung up on the phone. I need to ask the ext but they were so rude, before hung up the phone i heard they said "ga ngerti gue (i don't understand)" to other nurse.

Sometimes can be really crowded, like.. REALLY, crowded.. but i saw myself when my friend got hospitalization, their respond is quite fast. When we need something in the room, just ring the bell, the nurse will come immediately

Visit my friend had surgery here, and according her this hospital has nice service for patient , nurses also good, clean room and Toilet , doctor specialist and experience this for Bougenvile Room don't know another room

In overall, bad hospital and bad attitude of the hospital staff. Ignorance of the consumer and patient. Especially the staff at ICU waiting room.
Not recommended hospital at all.

Came there due to the condition of my gerd, Lack of cleanliness, toilet in emergency room very very poor, smell soo bad, they didnt change the bedsheet as well even not tidy up the bed sheet , and there were still box of lunch lying under my bed. Understood this hospital is very crowd as they're accepting BPJS but please put the attention of cleanliness as well

Very bad and disrespectful customer service. I called to check wether the doctor is present they hung up immediately. Tried once more they did the same thing. Another try they didn't even bother to pick up the phone. I'd sue this hospital if it was an emergency.

Paid a visit to our Senior Buddhist Teacher, Mr. Pandit, who had undergone heart surgery and who is still in HCU. We couldn't come in to see him, so we had some chats with Mdm. Pandit in the hall. This hospital is very old, but still in service to give good care for the sick and ill patients. Way to go!!

Very comercial hospital. My grandma has treatment in here. It isn't be recover but she was rip. Very bad serviced that i have. She will got prc transfusion but when i ask how much the hb and the nurse didn't know so she leave me. And nurse said the hb is 9. So she must got 2 bag of prc. The nurse will given the prc but i wanna check the number of bag first. It made me shock cause the prc has exp for second bag. And nurse didn't change the new one. My grandma has kindney disease, so for the first time she must got a mahukar (the line in neck), it was more 3 month and my grandma got fever (standart 1 month for change). Tension was stucked, nurse said 120/80 but when i try it, the result is 170/90. I'm very disappointed. The doctor, all the nurse and security are very impolite and not friendly. My aunty talked to the doctor that she want to move my grandma to other hospital but the doctor said goahead to the shaman. Is worth the doctor said like that? Do not pelni teach proprieties and manners as people are not educated at all? Isn't it patient must be served properly?

Pelayanan untuk pasien BPJS sangat lama. Wajar mengingat banyak warga yang membutuhkan pengobatan gratis. Jjika ingin cepat dapat antrian, antrilah sebelum subuh untuk dapat nomor antrian 😂. Lobby poliklinik selalu ramai dan padat. Lift pun hanya 2. Kadang hanya berfungsi 1. Sehingga berebut untuk naik dan tak ada petugas yang menjaga agar memprioritaskan yang berkursi roda atau yang sudah tua.
Namun, pelayanan akan beda jika anda menggunakan asuransi pribadi/perusahaan. Krn anda akan menjadi "customer priority" (no kidding).
oh untuk tebus obat harap bersabar. Jika tidak bisa menunggu obat bisa diambil malamnya atau esok hari. Tanyakan ttg obat secara detail, jika tidak petugas hanya akan menjelaskan singkat kapan dan brp obat yang harus diminum. So jangan malu bertanya.

It is one of hectic hospital, I think. Ruang tunggu selalu terlihat ramai. Sepertinya lebih banyak pasien pengguna jaminan BPJS. Saya ke rumah sakit ini untuk cek mata, biaya konsultasi dengan spesialis mata sebesar Rp. 178 ribu. Untuk pembelian obat terpisah, ada di apotek lantai 1. Yang membuat saya menunggu cukup lama adalah penebusan obat.

Known as the Garden Hospital, this hospital that owned by PT Pelni, Tbk one of Indonesian BUMN already got remodeled to be the best in their field. U can see alot of improvement everywhere. The new buildings for daily medical care and medical check ups (Sakura Ward), clean gardens, smiling and helpful staffs, professional doctors and nurses (my family already known a few, coz we 've been a senior patient here tee hee), plus new med ids and machines for doctor's appointments. They accept any kind of insurances, Pelni insurance and also BPJS. If u're using BPJS came early to take Q numbers and be patient on the long waiting. On ur next check up appointment better tell the nurses and book it on the machines on the D-day. While wait u can enjoy the affordable various meals and drinks in their canteen inside. Or simply grab ur snack at Cal Donuts, Mon Ami Bakery or Es Teler 77. If u dont wanna go inside u can enjoy KFC Box in the parking lot or buy ur softdrinks on the vending machines outside. Need inprovement on the parking lot though bit to narrow for those bunch of patients comin'.
