So yesterday i went to nanami ramen with my family, i ordered the yakiniku one (i forgot the name) it was good, the taste was sweet and spicy it combines perfectly, the meat was all over the rice and super thin which makes it even better. Today, i went there again remembering it was probably the best yakiniku bowl i have ever tried, so far. We ordered the same one like we did yesterday, but when we ate it.... it was different. The taste is a contradiction of the one we had yesterday. The meat is a little bit thicker, the taste was... nothing. It was tasteless. Not even sweet or spicy. Just nothing there.. we were quiet surprised because it was nothing like we expected. My mom even asked the waitress there if they changed the chef or something. Well it was quiet disappointing, because it wasnt the same like yesterday. I’m just wondering do you guys have something like SOP (standard operational procedure) for the food? Because you better have one, well maybe you have but probably one of the chefs aren’t following it. It’s just disappointing because we expected a lot, it could have been the best bowl we had but it changed all of sudden. So i hope this review could make nanami ramen even better, thankyou! 😊

Good portion of Thick noodles for my spicy miso ramen which is good but the egg was 80% cooked and I'm not a fan of it, tasty miso soup but it was oily you could spot the 2 layers, not much of a pork inside of it plus more minced beef from something else. 71k for ramen and green tea are a bit too much and you can find better places for this price range. This place wasn't too bad either too good. Nice location tho and friendly chef.

For starters, the place itself is rather hard to reach - there's a bunch of stairs just before the entrance. Wheelchair access would be a challenge. The staffs were friendly, but didn't seem to show professionalism as much as I expected. Kitchen staffs didn't wear any uniform, or aprons, or any of the attire you expect from kitchen staffs. The guy who waited my group seemed to have the habit of interrupting questions, and wasn't fluent with the menu. As for the pricing, it was generally acceptable for ramen. The ramen themselves were great, the noodles cooked just right and the broth was tasty. They offered an 'Onsen egg', which is basically poached egg, but somehow it was served cold - cold enough to make dew form outside the bowl it came in. Their green tea is horrible - looked like it may form sedimentation if we leave it for too long, and it tasted like it was watered down excessively. The atmosphere was nice for long chats during and after meal, but you don't get the coolness you'd expect from a room with air conditioning.
